The woman that waited on me said that it would take 2 weeks. But I wasn't going to get it back until July when they reopen again after a 1-week break. So, on July 10th I went to pick up my ring. The girl that waited on me gave me my ring and I put it on. But it didn't fit. I told her that it fit before it was fixed and I asked what happened? I told her that the day I dropped if off I asked the woman who took my ring about sizing my figure to make sure she had the right size and she told me that no need to because she would just pinch it and tap back together. I couldn't even get the ring over my knuckle. So, I asked what it cost to get the ring sized and she said $221.00. I asked does that include the $75 for fixing the ring and she said no. I told her I wasn't going to pay for that and that it was their mistake that they didn't size my ring to make sure it was put back to the right size. I will never shop there again. The anniversary ring was given to me by my husband after 35 years of marriage. Now I can't even wear because Eric's Diamonds ruined it.

That was the first issue, then I called to ask why I was lied too/ and or mistake was made I was told by the store manager Brent that he would take care of it, he called back two weeks later saying the company is willing to reverse the mistake and purchased us a dinner at the waterfront. Then it never happened I never got the financing switched. I called back to be repeatedly ignored and finally got told that they are not going to switch it all of a sudden. I went to Helzberg in CO, to get her band put together with the ring and they returned it to me two weeks later with the bands diamonds upside down with it not matching the ring I could not believe that they wouldn't even at least inspect it before handing it to the customer. I regret ever trusting this company and using Helzberg to be apart of my wife and mine special memory is ruined Thanks to Helzberg and there not stop lying and problems every time. I have spent over 6k with them I should have went with Tiffany Co.

They suggested that I take it to a jewelry store. I took it to a store in the LaCrosse Mall and the young lady working told me that she always recommended, "Clocks off Main", to people who needed watches fixed. I drove straight to the place she referred me to and was promptly assisted by the owner, Joe, who was able to fix the watch in less than 5 minutes and only charged me $10.
