Not what a wife would want after already given the ring. I was put onto a 36 month finance option at 7% when I should've been on and was told 0% at 12. That was the first issue, then I called to ask why I was lied too/ and or mistake was made I was told by the store manager Brent that he would take care of it, he called back two weeks later saying the company is willing to reverse the mistake and purchased us a dinner at the waterfront. Then it never happened I never got the financing switched. I called back to be repeatedly ignored and finally got told that they are not going to switch it all of a sudden. I went to Helzberg in CO, to get her band put together with the ring and they returned it to me two weeks later with the bands diamonds upside down with it not matching the ring I could not believe that they wouldn't even at least inspect it before handing it to the customer. I took the watch back to JCPenney where we had purchased it from and they advised us that they'd have to send the watch in and it would be $40 to $50 and take several weeks. They suggested that I take it to a jewelry store. I took it to a store in the LaCrosse Mall and the young lady working told me that she always recommended, "Clocks off Main", to people who needed watches fixed. I drove straight to the place she referred me to and was promptly assisted by the owner, Joe, who was able to fix the watch in less than 5 minutes and only charged me $10.
