I was shaken and felt so violated convinced my laptop or data had been compromised. I called Roger's Technology Solutions and was welcomed by a polite, warm human being who advised I stop by. I stopped in the next day and Candido checked my laptop to see if anything was extracted or downloaded. He explained step by step. We found benign folders and deleted them. He advised how to keep potential scammers at bay. Candido was super knowledgeable, polite and provided amazing customer service. I got my screen fixed in March of 2026 and was NOT told that it was an aftermarket screen until after it was put on and I noticed that the color was off. It's June now and the screen is separated from the phone. I called and asked if they can connect it again since they put the screen on in March, and was told no. I paid over $300 to get this fixed. He said it was maybe because I put it in my car?! Terrible TERRIBLE service and quality. If you have an iPhone or ANY phone DO NOT come here. It may be more expensive to get it done by the actual company like Apple or Samsung but they at least stand by their work and won't try to cheat you. The screen quit working again, but not due to their work but the extent of the previous damage. So back in the phone went, this time for a new screen and back case. Darin was willing to comp the screen as they had already replaced it, but as I was using my bank's phone insurance this time, we are having it fully repaired like new. As I mentioned, this shop is very knowledgable about phone repair as well as the different phone insurance programs and able to help guide me through the process of filing a claim as well. The repair costs are comparatively great, and on newer phones that's definitely the way to go as DIY can be so challenging with all the glue used these days.
