He was out with the staff, checking in on repairs, greeting people at the counter, carrying parts back and forth. That's rare. He took two minutes to look at my issue himself, then walked me through everything. No upsell, no tech jargon, just "here's what's you need, here's what it'll cost, here's how long." The whole team has that same energy -- personable, patient, actually listening. Left with a fair price, and the feeling that they care more about keeping customers than squeezing them. That's an easy 11/10 for me.

Lucky for me, Google brought Steve's company up and because he had such a good rating, I gave him a call. Steve thought the new motherboard would take a week to order/arrive but it was here in 4 days & he came over the day he got it and got my PC back up and running! His labor was $180 (2 hours/2 trips to my house) & the motherboard was $100. That was a small price to pay for him to be able to save all the work, photos, music, movies I had on my hard drive! If you ever think your computer has burned out & died, call Steve before buying a new one and starting everything (re-installing everything & re-doing tons of work) over.

Arriving early both times My old 2005 Dell printer now proved outdated and had to be replaced by new HP Office Jet Pro that I had an issue with installing.
