I cam in on a Monday to see if I could fix my phone which had gotten wet at the beach the day before but when greeted by Luis and everyone he guideded me through the best possible way to fix my phone by submitting a warranty exchange. I was gonna be without a phone for a few days but I had my watch to still make and receive calls/messages. He later also offered me a good deal on the new Galaxy S22 Ultra and how much trade in my phone had for credit. Before leaving the store that Monday I was able to build a good relationship with the whole staff. It was not till this last Thursday I finally was gonna get my new phone and Stewart was the one helping me. They all immediately recognized me and greeted me with a warm and appreciative feeling. I felt real bad for the long process my device which was gonna give Stewart a hard and long process but he took his time and remained patient and professional at all times. With a little extra guidance by his Mgr I was finally on my way out with my new device. This was a replacement for my galaxyS9+. I did say I was gonna come in next week for the S22 Ultra though. I have been going to several TMovile stores and I always give them lots of respect because they are the ones who have to deal with sometimes problematic customers that don't understand the amount of time it takes to solve troubleshooting issues. I have worked in retail, and this is a NONO. Also, one of the working was chatting away with a customer about something Not related to phone/internet issues. If a customer is waiting you DO NOT do this. Have a personal conversation if no customer is waiting. As someone who is a NEW customer and switching over to your business, NOT a good first impression to make AT&T! After waiting 15 minutes with no interaction at all, I decided to go up to one of the ladies and ask for help. What an ordeal and hassle this was to set up my phone. My family switched over to AT&T and I was told by employee that I had to have the person who set up the account come IN PERSON to store to give me "authority" to turn phone on and they would need to see their Drivers License. What?? They could see that I am under the account - my name, my phone number, etc. Had to have AT&T call Head Account holder (since my phone wasn't turned on) and I had to ask them to stop what they were doing and drive to store to show worker their drivers license. We were told that this could NOT be done over the phone even if a photo was taken of their drivers license and sent to store. Also, once Head Account holder arrived, employee had a VERY hard actually activating my phone to AT&T network. I thought I would be there 5 min, 15 max, but this turned into an hour and 20 minutes ordeal. Later that night I realized that my voicemail wasn't working/set-up. I have Never had to set up my voicemail when I've switched carriers and had no idea how to do this. Sigh... so the next day I called the AT&T store where I was previously at and explained issue. The female employee I spoke with didn't sound confident (or didn't want to deal with it) about being able to set up voicemail and visual voicemail. She told me to call AT&T Customer Service. I asked for the number - she said dial "000". I repeated it and said, just call "000", hit send and I will get an actual human and not a Bot. She said Yes. Well, I called "000" several times only to get a message saying "your number cannot be completed as dialed". Ughh, had to call store back gain. This time she told me that I had to dial "611" first, then "000". How was I EVER to know that??? The AT&T Customer Service tech rep I spoke with over the phone was great and was able to help me, the IN STORE AT&T employees were not. They need a refresher course on Customer Service!

Instead of focusing on resolving the issue, her tone and body language--including frequent head movements and nonverbal expressions--made the interaction feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. They had opened the gate and entered our yard to access a utility pole adjacent to the back of our yard, not in our yard. They never asked our permission. They never gave us any notice. No one rang the doorbell; my son was working from home and would have known. He was busy working, so did not realize that anyone was here. I asked the technicians to leave immediately. They admitted that their entry of my yard was illegal. They said that if I left them alone, they could leave more quickly. I was upset but never said anything rude to them. I just told them how upset I was at this violation of my property. I asked for a supervisor's name and number, which they would not give me. When I called AT&T, I was unable to speak to any supervisor. I was given a run-around from several people on the phone who could never get me through to a supervisor. I wasted over an hour on the phone with no success. This is no way to treat people. This is our home and no one should come into our yard without our permission. We do not have a common easement. This was completely illegal and actually frightening. DWP asks permission to access our yard, and this is a utility we actually use. AT&T is not my service provider.
