I took them to 11 different repair shops - including one all the way in San Diego but unfortunately, none of them were able to fix the issues. A fellow gym member recommended this repair shop & the result was mind - blowing. In just 3 hours , all of devices were fixed and my data was recovered. I honestly didn't think it was real but it absolutely was. We got 4 brand new iPhone 17s for FREE. Shout out to Lauren for taking great care of us. He really went above and beyond and made the whole process easy and stress free. PS. I spent over 20 minutes looking for a highly rated Verizon location and this store did not disappoint. I want to thank Jazmine for being awesome when it came to switching back to T-Mobile. It was not complicated at all due to her assistance. I appreciate how Alex also stepped in when there was a slight technical difficulty with using the T-Life App, but they were able to get things set up through their own system. Had an awesome experience overall! Also I respected how/when they also professionally handled an impatient customer who interrupted the clients/employees and wanted to skip the line. It's respectful to the people who were waiting and who were currently being taken care of. Mike is awesome and has the best customer service for really understanding the customer's frustration and confusion when something goes wrong on their end of the system and T-Life isn't working. I was sincerely confused as my previous service with Jazmine did not have these road block. I appreciate that he went out of his way to not make things complicated and call support despite the roadblocks that did not happen when I had my earlier switch over with a different phone when working with Jazmine. I took it to Cheapest iPhone Repair to see if they could fix it, they said it could be the IC charging chip and quoted me $250 IF they were able to fix it. Unfortunately, the phone still did not function after the repairs, and they confirmed it would in fact require a full logic board replacement. I ended up purchasing a new phone but since the phone did not work after the repairs, they did not charge me a cent. I appreciate the fact that they tried to fix the phone, it was not their fault the repair did not work, the phone simply did require a new logic board, but at least they tried the repair and did not charge me for it, thanks a lot, great service, I would highly recommend.

I've been to many many different cellular stores, and by far, David was an exceptional employee who provided the best customer service and results for myself and my mother in law. David kindly helped me find a current promotional deal at Verizon for trading in Iphone 7 for $460.... Where can you get $460 for selling iphone 7?! No where~ Unfortunately I wasn't able to reset the iphone 7 because the phone wasn't mine and I completely didn't have access to resetting the Apple ID and password. Luckily, David gave me some suggestions and advised me to contact the Apple contact support, and after doing that, i was able to completely erase the old iphone and reset it! After resetting the iphone 7, i dropped off the phone to David, and he processed the trade in process for me and shortly after a week, I received a confirmation email from Verizon that they received our old iphone 7 and they are processing the trade in value as $460! Yessss! this old iphone 7 is worth $460?! Thanks Verizon :) I'm glad I was able to search and find David at this Sunset Cellular. They are Korean based small business, and majority of the customers are Koreans who do not speak English. So if you have parents or family members who are Koreans and needs help regarding any Verizon mobile services concerns, I highly recommend Sunset Cellular. Also for heads up for the owner at Sunset Cellular! I hope you are paying Mr. David well. He is an exceptional employee! It's Korean owned but they all speak English fluently so no need to worry about language barriers. They have the newest versions of iPhones and Samsung phones. They also sell chargers, cases and screen protectors. They're located in a small plaza in between stores. If you're unfamiliar with the area it can be easy to miss.. so look for Hanmi Bank cause it's behind it.

My daughter's Galaxy S22 Ultra screen cracked inside her backpack, and she needed a replacement ASAP. Other places either tried to upsell us, couldn't give a straight answer about pricing or availability, or became pushy the moment we asked about the difference between original and aftermarket screens. One store even called me four times after I politely said I would look elsewhere. Edgar was the complete opposite. He answered every question with patience, honesty, and zero pressure.
