I was doing my search on Sunday, and ended up on Yelp to look for a reputable site. I sent a text message to VK and to my absolute surprise I received an answer shortly after sending the text. I didn't expect to receive a response so soon, especially on a Sunday. So I was doing double- duty... texting Paul from VK while making inquiries on AI to see what questions I should ask. AI told me Paul was giving me A-plus superior service and providing accurate and honest answers, so I took the deep dive and made an appointment. When I arrived at the shop I felt like I was meeting old friends. The guy who initially greeted me was incredibly kind and gave me honest answers about other questions I had. Paul arrived about five minutes later and he was so incredibly friendly. As a woman going into any business, especially where I am spending a large amount of money, the way I am treated speaks volumes about their customer service. When I returned several days later, Paul showed me the vehicle and I hugged him. My car looked amazing and I was so pleased with the work these guys did. I met the guy who did the ceramic coating and it was obvious these guys take tremendous pride in the work they do. Per my request Paul also sent me links to the products I could purchase to maintain the integrity of the work they did. As I am moving put of state in a few months I plan to return so they can tint my windows. These guys exhibit high integrity and it shows in the way they treat customers and the quality of their work.
