Hi - Strong rave about the service I received from Mobile Solutions. This business is located next to the Brentwood police station and provides a gamut of electronics (stereos, alarms, backup cameras, lights, etc.) installations and related repairs for cars and boats. I've dealt with them on several occasions and they focus on achieving customer satisfaction, have fair prices, and keep their word. Plus, they are consistently and sincerely nice people. Today, I had them install several off-road lights on my Jeep with wiring and switches. The installation was terrific and so clean in how they wired it. I'll add, that my stereo and backup camera installed by a car dealership had previously been going in and out due to what I suspected was loose wiring - they did the trouble-shooting, rewired and fixed that for free! I would not go anywhere else for any such services you may need for your car or boat. 10 stars if I could choose that! read more

These guys are legit. Had my tint done here on a brand new truck, it came out great. The driver side window had some bumps in it that was actually a factory defect, I didn't notice when i purchased the vehicle. He let me know about it and told me he would re tint it for free. I called Mobile Solutions looking for an install kit for my truck, spoke to a gentleman names Ed. He was very professional - asked me a few questions about the stereo & the truck - and just to be sure we got the right parts - he asked me to drop in, so he could check things out. Ed went above & beyond to make sure my install went as smooth as possible. I got all the connections I needed to keep "factory" settings and then some with my aftermarket stereo. We went over the install, what was needed/not needed etc. he flashed the controller to match my stereo to my truck with the steering wheel controls so it will perform just like I'm used to. He was out of stock on 1 piece of the puzzle, but got it ordered for me so I won't be without it long. I've been to a quite a few car audio places in the past. None worthy of a review... But I can honestly say the next time I need anything car audio related, I'll to go back to "Mobile Solutions". Thanks Ed. read more

JUST DONT! Don't try to watch a YouTube video and think you can install a radio like a professional. I tried to save some money and have some me time by installing my touch screen in my truck. I almost lost my cool and would have thrown my new stereo away. A lot of things didn't work and I was disappointed. I called these guys and they were super cool about it. I paid about $300 bucks in labor and it was well worth it. Every single accessory that this thing has worked! I will def be coming back again for my next video. read more

We had a sound system installed in our Cobalt several years ago. Unfortunately, it stopped working during a recent trip to Tahoe. I called Mobile Solutions, and talked to Ed who bought the business from the previous owner. Ed was very accommodating. He said to come by without an appointment for him to take a look. I left the boat for half a day with Mobile Solutions, and upon further inspection, Ed said the problem was a low battery. When I picked up the boat, he said "no charge" happy to help. I have a Viper alarm installed at Bestbuy Tracy,The alarm keep going off.Called Bestbuy Geek squad and never got anyone on the phone,Driving around with the alarm constantly going off,Stop by this Amazing and Awesome place.With on 5min they disconnected the Viper because Best buy didn't.Both system were working against each other.I am so disappointed with Best buy, but Im so encouraged by Mobile Solutions for being honest and simply being so very nice. On Monday an appointment was set for Wed at 10 am. I showed up, they took my money and said " oh the technician is running late". I received no call to warn me. I went for a walk came back 40 minutes later....still no worker and no phone call. I had to ask when he will show up and was told " oh about 30 more minutes" Poor communication. read more

I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance only to drive all the way to their shop to be told that the tint installer would not be available this morning. They did not even call me to let me know that my appointment had been cancelled. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule later next week. No apology was given! I do not recommend taking your auto to their shop because you could experience the same dilemma. How unprofessional!!! These guys are unbelievable, they took a stereo that had a short and putting out white noise not knowing where the problem and the previous install was not only ugly but a wave from turning off and skipping songs....... The owner said to trust him and to think it over no pressure but to give him a chance to repair the damage to installers reputation by making it a system that I could be proud, show off and feel from the highest note to the deepest base and a system that both worked perfect and looked amazing. I needed help removing my center console in my SUV to access my DVD player. I called about 5 different places and no one would help me. I then called Mobile Solutions and he told me to swing by that day. He only charged me a small fee and was able to remove the center console, retrieve the straw wrapper in the DVD player and put the console back in 20 minutes.
