Don't go asking for the 1 hour special, but I will say, Warren and his team have gotten me equipment on site and ready to go in literally 1 hour. This type of prompt response is always to be expected from Empire - because I am just used to it at this point. Communication - on point. Pricing - ultra competitive. I will continue to work with these folks as long as they keep providing excellent service with high standards, and I'm sure they will.

When SWG showed up, they claimed that my permit didn't cover the meter I was trying to get installed, and I'll need another permit and leak test. The building dept, and my plumber tell me my permit should cover all meters since they're all on the same parcel number. They didn't care that the gauges were still on the lines, obviously showing pressure is still holding, and has been holding since the last time they were out. So then being SWG, they change what they said to the meter not matching the suite numbers, and continued to blamed me for misunderstanding. Anyway, after hearing my plight. Cashman offered to charge me only the delivery, and pickup fee, and waived the actual rental fee. Regarding the actual lift rental. Their delivery guy showed up on time. Showed me how to operate the lift, and move it. Showed me how to park it, and how to best park it so it doesn't get tampered with.

On November 2, 2025, during Universal Studios Hollywood's Halloween Horror Nights, near the Terrifier and Poltergeist houses, I had one of the most humiliating and discriminatory experiences I've ever faced. My wife is pregnant and disabled, and we both have legitimate ADA needs. She tried to use the ADA restroom, and the woman working for Andy Gump refused to let her in, saying it was "for wheelchairs only." My wife explained her medical condition involving her leg and back, but the woman argued with her for nearly 10 minutes before finally letting her use it. Absolutely disgusting. Then when I went to use the same ADA restroom, the male Andy Gump worker refused me as well, saying, "You look fine and can walk fine." I told him that ADA is for both visible and invisible disabilities, but he didn't care. He demanded proof, even though I have an ADA pass and was clearly wearing a leg brace. He laughed when I asked for a supervisor and said, "I don't work for Universal, I work for Andy Gump." He told me that in his eyes, "only wheelchairs count as disabilities." I even brought up veterans, cancer patients, and invisible conditions, and he flat-out said he didn't care. The level of ignorance and discrimination was shocking. I argued with this man for almost 15 minutes just to use a restroom that's legally required to be accessible. No one should have to explain their disability to a complete stranger to use a bathroom. The worst part is, this wasn't even the first time on another night, the same man told me the ADA restroom was "down," but then I saw him let a wheelchair user in right after. So it's clear he just didn't want to let me use it. Andy Gump, your employees are out of control. You are representing one of the biggest entertainment venues in the world, and you're letting your workers mock, discriminate, and humiliate disabled guests. It's 2025, and your staff still doesn't understand that ADA applies to all disabilities, not just people in wheelchairs. My wife left in tears, and I was beyond humiliated. You should be ashamed that your employees are allowed to treat disabled guests this way. I hope Universal Studios takes a hard look at who they're contracting, because Andy Gump clearly doesn't train or screen their workers properly. Avoid this company at all costs if you value respect, decency, and ADA compliance.

Just over two weeks later after calling almost every day the second week with no answers or communication from these guys, we get a call to come pick our equipment up and that it was going to be over 4k, after expecting maybe a 1500 max bill, never called to ok any additional work after diagnosing a blown fuse, per the notes they tore into my hydraulic system ( not knowing how to work on it) and left my hydraulic manifold tore apart and charged me 16 hours in labor at 185 an hour. Changed a jack stand after we told the agent not to work on that a day after we dropped it off. Took apart my hydraulic manifold left my coil hanging, lost the locking nut to secure it and put in the notes to take to a hydraulic company that they couldn't work on that stuff. These guys are incompetent and are crooks. After complaining to the manager they stated it is what it is and told us that's the price if we wanted our equipment back. Thanks for damaging my equipment more then what it was when I brought it in, not putting my parts back how you found them and costing me additional hours and hundreds of dollars to fix your technicians sloppy work. I put my coil back on and my pump worked fine, it never had issues tell you guys pulled it apart! Debating filing a formal complaint. Absolute trash service, horrible and non existent communication, no integrity on quality of service when they did more than asked without getting approval. Great job on my oil change I'm hoping you guys put the right oil in it at this point.

Due to things I had going on i had to cancel. cacontacted himp back a few days later to come back. We settled for 8:30 am the next day. He arrived on time and told me I needed a new tire and said he would call around. He also stated that he would charge me $50 flat rate. And once we found a tire he could go and exchange it for me. I agreed upon that first. He told me that my new tire was going to be around 200 dolland I thought that was a little excessive for one tire, especially such a small tire. So he said he would call another place. He called another place and as he was on the phone I listened to the conversation and google the make and model. When? My Google search came up. I seen that for a brand new tire. It ranged from 49 to $70. He gets off the phone and tells me that he found one for a hundread plus tax. I knew that was a bit excessive. So I continued to Google why he said he was going to return the tire. I sent him the screenshot of the tires I found which were all brand new and told them please do not let them overcharge me for a tire. He text me back and said he found one for a $110. And I ask him to bring the receipt when he returned. I asked him for a receipt and he showed me a receipt for a $100. Was it a proper receipt? I don't know. I just took his word for it but told him that was more expensive than any of the other tires. I had looked up so when it came time for payment. He told me it was going to be a 175 when he quoted me $50 and showed me a receipt for a 100 I told him that was more than. We talked about, but at that point it was done and I was just trying to hurry up and end the transaction. I asked him if he had changed. He told me he did not at that point I did not want to pay him any extra money because I felt like he had already charged me way too much and informed him. I was gonna go to the bank and get change. Once arriving at the bank, the lines were too long and he was waiting outside with my car. So I just went ahead and gave him the money. So we both could be done with the trandaction. All in all, I really feel like because I was a woman he did take advantage and overcharged me and up charged me. I told him as I was giving him the money that I just wanted it to be done with. He agreed took the cash and then left. In all honesty, outside of him over charcharging me he got the work done.
