Took maybe 40 minutes and they got me in immediately without an appointment or scheduling. Cool group of guys that (in my experience) went above and beyond. It was a worthy choice to get tuned by these guys but maybe next time the front guy can put a smile on his face and a personality. My Outback has the Starlink head unit which the responding person said, an upgraded speaker system cannot be added to. With a little research it turns out lots of Subaru owners and state shops have had success the harnesses/load resistors made by OEM Audio Plus, Encore, AutoHarnessHouse and AudioControl. So if you have a 2020 and up Subaru with the Starlink head unit this is NOT your shop.

Don't do business with them would not recommend service. So many more audios business in Reno that do honest work and do honest by the people. But not these guys

No static or any interference noise. Clean sound. Prices were great and they were friendly from what I was told. That's the good. The bad... see pictures posted. The door panels were not put back correctly. It wasn't a missed/careless mistake because all four panels were put back wrong! So if all four was put back wrong, either someone noticed and didn't care, or they didn't know how to do it. I can see the gaps between the window and panel from standing outside my car. My car is not the most fun car to work on. I seem to be the odd review so I'd still check them out, but check their work.

They use very very low quality bulbs and they don't offer any warranties on the product they sell. I believe the brand they use is 6c which is like 14 bucks for a pair. I ended up watching a you tube video and replaced all my lights with high quality bulbs.
