First off I want to take the time to explain what happen to me. I went in to get new full system and I told him I wanted some of my customs speakers connected as well and he change the invoice to reflect the new stuff I wanted to add on. Fast forward they got done I was happy with the sound but the craftsmanship was poor. Wires hanging out wires not cut properly and did not secure my amp for my sub woofer. Which was supposed to be included in installation. Went back to ask about the speakers he said they were connected and assured me it was so I left it as is but I kept noticing no noise from customs speakers so. I ended up going somewhere else in town and they ended up finding that those speakers were never connected !!! So now I'm down 500 bucks. For the work that they supposedly did. Don't do business with them would not recommend service. So many more audios business in Reno that do honest work and do honest by the people. But not these guys read more

Service was done in 2015. I blew my speakers and they were replaced here while I went on vacation. It was a nice surprise present when I got back. The speakers were hooked up great. No static or any interference noise. Clean sound. Prices were great and they were friendly from what I was told. That's the good. The bad... see pictures posted. The door panels were not put back correctly. It wasn't a missed/careless mistake because all four panels were put back wrong! So if all four was put back wrong, either someone noticed and didn't care, or they didn't know how to do it. I can see the gaps between the window and panel from standing outside my car. My car is not the most fun car to work on. I seem to be the odd review so I'd still check them out, but check their work. read more

This place is the best in town! They installed an alarm, keyless entry and remote start on my 2003 Honda Civic. I checked around and they were the best priced in Reno. They were professional and completed the job on time. With all the break ins lately I feel much safer with my new alarm on my car! I can't say how great a job they did. Should of gone somewhere else. Got a few things installed including a reverse camera and steering wheel adapter for my BMW and only the volume controls worked. When I brought it up I was told there was nothing they could do about it but still paid $200 for only one of three functions. Also got a new stereo installed and they left the USB cables hanging on the side, I asked if they could install them in the car and agreed to pay extra to get it done. I wish I could add a picture here so you all can see how ugly it ended up looking. I then had to return because my reverse camera fell off due to bad installation and the screws not being tightened enough which literally takes minutes to repair but was told to come back another day with an appointment. If you're looking for a place that cares about quality and customer satisfaction, I highly suggest going somewhere else. read more

I also noticed he offers car alarm, rear view camera installation and tinting in his shop, and based on the work he did on the fuse holder and based on the previous work he has done on my car, I trust Infinity Car Audio as a reliable shop. read more

I needed a car stereo installed that was purchased from a big box store which would require a 3 week wait for install. I called Infinity to find out about their installation services and prices. Edgar was very helpful to me and answered my questions regarding the mount for my Nissan Xterra. He even went as far as texting me pictures of the exact part with a screen shot of the prices for complete transparency. I had called about 30 minutes prior to their closing but Edgar was able to get me in the next day which worked well with my schedule. I arrived about 20 minutes early, mainly due to my errands being finished and I didn't want to drive back to Kietzke from Spanish Springs. The young man (whose name I did not get) met me at the door, knew who I was (the Xterra), and took my new stereo and immediately started the install. Edgar discussed with me the DVD system (which I have no real use for but came stock with the stereo I received) and it's legal requirements for use while driving. (don't do it hah) He also went over every part involved including the mount frame thing and the wiring harness. My previous stereo was missing a component required due to the new stereo being a little more technologically advanced in comparison, and I did have to pay a little more for the required wiring. The price was still reasonable and comparable to the big box store and I was willing to pay slightly more for the immediate service. There was a slight hiccup upon completion involving a dash light, but Edgar and the young man immediately took my car back into their bay and corrected it. The drive home with my new stereo was amazing and everything I had wanted my old one to be. I could read the display whereas in my old one I couldn't during the day. I was able to control both my phone and my Spotify and Pandora through the display instead of through my phone, including receiving a call which tested out the microphone they installed. My phone conversation was heard clearly and I was hands free. I would recommend them to anyone whose looking for an install. I can't vouch for their stereo sales but the install went smoothly and was professional. read more

I had to come to Infinity to get my aftermarket iPod cords reconnected after I accidentally knocked them loose. Mike was great to work with--personable, extremely knowledgeable and fair. He only charged me the minimum for a service that included taking out the entire console and face plate and removing the carpeting where the previous installation had occurred. JVC installed in a Honda Element with 7 speakers including a subwoofer. Subwoofer didn't work at first, but to their credit, they were courteous and professional about it: they researched it, ordered the part, and fixed it gratis when they said they would, and did it fast. read more

Quickly diagnosed our car alarm/remote starter issues and fixed while we waited. Took the time to get our older Pioneer system updated instead of just trying to sell us a newer model. We'll definitely return for future car audio/alarm/DVD system needs. read more

I needed to get a very annoying car alarm off of my truck, something I had been meaning to do for a few months. Had a couple of people (not professionals) look at it and they were amazed at what a mess the wires were and didn't want to touch it in fear that they might screw something up. I called Infinity and they had me in in the same day and had the alarm removed within a couple of hours. Very good customer service also, they made sure to explain everything they did. I was inquiring about a system for my classic 65 Ford Galaxy and though Rudy was in the middle of an install he took 30-40 minutes out of his day to make sure I was educated in the world of car audio before I made any hasty decisions in my new purchase, he was very knowledgable and kind, making sure when I do purchase a new system that I get what I want out of it. I dropped in here on a late Saturday afternoon just to look. The guys were working on another car but they dropped everything to show me what they had and answer all my questions. The only person worth talking to is Rudy. The owner is very disorganized. Funny that I had to keep calling him to get my car in, however, once I owed him some money, he suddenly remembered who I was and my number. I was a repeat customer. I had a system put into my vehicle; after a year and a half I got another car and wanted to remove my sub and amp, but didn't care about the head unit. The owner insisted I let him put in something not as fancy and he would work something out with me later. Ok, sounds good, right? Wrong! When it came time to get the sub and amp put into my new car, all of a sudden that head unit wasn't as good in shape as he thought and he can't use it. How convenient! Then he proceeds to tell me the charges of removing the items from my old car and into my new one after he had already done the service. I told my husband to get my stuff and we would go somewhere else. All of a sudden he wanted to negotiate. Whatever! You don't do something and then later tell you what you are charging them. So we come to an agreement and the owner tells us when to bring the car in to get the work done. However, we show up and the installers didn't even know we were coming! So glad he didn't have anything else that day! Very unprofessional and does not recognize repeat customers. I am done doing business here and will tell anyone I know not to go here. What a great experience.....HA! Not a chance. I walked into this wonderful business the other day to have my amp tested. To test an amp you can either attach it to a machine or attach it to an existing system to see if it work. If you are talented with automobile audio this is a normal thing for you to do and it doesn't take much time at all, especially if you aren't busy. Anyways I walked in and there was no one inside but two people working at the table standing next to each other. I said good morning and asked if I could have my amp tested, the little hispanic man said "35 dollars" for the 5 minutes of work. Not really looking or acknowledging me. Sadly the little guy was very rude. I said, "do you charge for that?" He said, "were really busy and we don't do that for free." Clearly they were extremely busy because no one was there, no one was talking to them and they weren't helping a single person. The lady at the desk look appalled because I'm sure she knew it would only take a couple minutes of their time. Needless to say I won't be going back to this place ever again and I won't recommend it to anyone either. Extremely poor customer service at this establishment and I'm disappointed I had to deal with this guy But on a positive note I would recommend Mo Music from their fantastic customer service and want to help customers. I took my amp there and they tested it without a question then hooked me up with a new system for a killer price. read more
