Don't purchase resale, used tires with Mr. Brennen, at Bedico Tire…read more They are selling tires removed from other vehicles there, on FBM. Cash only. You must pick them up there...which was a long drive for us. After promising 2 hardly used tires, from another old mans SUV, and taking 60 cash from us, we spent the last 1.5 days trying to get someone to mount them.... It was too busy for him to mount these 2 tires, there, so he had the tires outside the shop door, ready to sell to us. He was too busy so I had to load them. That afternoon, and the next day, we went around St. Tammany, taking these tires to be installed on our rims. Other tire dealers repeatedly said they were way too old (almost 6 years) and are too cracked all over, to use safely. After the long drive, to buy them, we were shocked that Bedico tire allows old and unsafe tires to be resold, with that old age, and cracking issues. We are also older, and didn't notice the fine cracks, initially, so he got over us. He had to know that tires have dates on them. That was a long drive, to Bedico, to be taken.... Be careful. Other tire stores were shocked, that Bedico Tire was allowing this to happen.

I read a review by someone named Jared R about Robert Station and it was pure fiction. As many…read moretimes as I have been to Robert Station the staff there have always been courteous, respectful, and professional. I don't believe Bruce would allow anyone there to be disrespectful or belligerent with any customer. These are local, down home people who respect all and do their jobs efficiently and put the needs of the customer as their first priority. I usually don't get off into all the social media posting but this is about as absurd as it gets. There's no call for someone to purposely lie just because THEY were having a bad day. I've personally used Robert Station for more than 15 years and have never had a bad experience there. And anyone who knows the owner and staff can tell you how much Jared R's post and review mean to those who know Bruce and his people. Joseph Morgan, Bedico

For the most part, I do all my own mechanic work. I love turning wrenches…read more I Put my truck into the shop for a transmission replacement. Excellent price and so I felt very happy. I'm a new customer. They called me about a few major problems they found that they knew I couldn't fix myself like a leaking rear main seal, etc. they made me an incredibly good deal since the engine and transmission were already apart. They did all kinds of stuff for me and called me at 4:30 the same day! Never seen a shop work so fast! Drives like a dream!

My total ended up being around $7000. It would have been very helpful to have an accurate quote (which could have been managed by them looking into the manufacturer's recommendations regarding that model's transmission before quoting me a lower price). When they had finished the repair, they caught a crack in the transmission housing (which seems to have been the manufacturer's fault). They communicated with me about that very well, and completed the repair with no hassle or extra cost. Their warranty appears solid, and the car runs great!
