Our key just wouldn't work in the lock. We were LOCKED OUT at midnight - in 100 degree heat !!! Cooper's sent out their guy and he was amazing. He tried everything in the book to get into that trailer. He laid on his back for 3 hours !!!! It was HOT out !! He took extreme care not to damage our unit. I've never seen somebody so dedicated. Heck, I would've given up after 20 minutes. It was hot, the bugs were flying, it was pitch dark and he had minimal tools to work with. Finally, our hero popped the lock with a screwdriver (after obtaining my permission). We can't thank our guy enough for saving us from having to find a hotel at 3am, spending the money it would've taken and going thru the hassle of dealing with the same problem the following day !!! THIS GUY DESERVES A RAISE (unfortunately, we did not get his name) - Cooper's went way beyond the call of duty on this one !!!! I recommend them to anybody !!!! They're the best.

Around 10am, I asked if they would have it back to me today or tomorrow and was told they (service rep) would check and call me back shortly. I texted the text thread THEY started at check in, twice, and called three times. Finally, at 4pm, I asked for the Service Manager. He was very abrupt - "your keys are on the service desk", "you can come get it". No explanation for the lack of communication. I needed to know how long they needed the vehicle so I could make arrangements to get home from work, to get to work tomorrow, and several other things. I will be replacing this vehicle soon, but will spend my money at another dealership, not this one.
