I have nearly 40 years of technical experience behind me and am competent enough to fix most computer glitches. However, this one was beyond even my expertise and abilities, because the file system was completely corrupted. How did this happen? There are lots of bugs in Windows 11, & when I did a system recovery, Windows corrupted the file system to the point of no return. I had most of my data backed up on a separate drive, but there was one file that was absolutely vital, because it contained information that was absolutely imperative to my business, as well as my personal affairs. I immediately got on the phone and called several computer repair services, but none of them suited my timely needs; i.e., I couldn't wait a week or longer. Then, I decided to try Yelp and received numerous replies, but only 1 really caught my eye; the one sent to me by Dominic Danko of GetItFixedAZ.com Dominic came to my house the very next day and was on time. Windows 11 was completely corrupted & needed to be replaced, but he was able to save that important file, which was a life-saver to me. After reinstalling Windows 11, he reconfigured my system & got me back on-line.
