The service department is the worst. I've been waiting on my a/c since I closed in January. It's April. Throughout the whole buying process, they explicitly told us that they would be able to deliver the house and put a/c in no problem even though we weren't going to have electricity or water right away (my elderly dad was doing that part for us so it was going take a min.) Then they said, no, we have to have electrical. Got that done. Then they needed everything done. Fine, thats done too. Now, all of a sudden, no one will contact me back. And of course the only people who you can get ahold of are the sales people there and of course this "Isn't their department." For the record, they were great during the sale. They actually got us into the house. But that doesn't really matter if I'm paying for a house I can't even move into yet. It's not even just the a/c, there are multiple things that need to be fixed. We need a totally new shower because when you turn it on, it sprays everywhere and the door doesn't even fit on it. The front porch needs to be fixed. Just several things need to be fixed before I can sign off on a final walk through. And, everyone who says they will call back, doesn't. Let's see if the GM actually calls back today like she said she would. Funny thing is, one of the ladies there warmed me about their service department kind of jokingly. But of course she said this right after I finished signing all my documents. So, if for no other reason, I would avoid this place at all costs strictly because of the service department and the fact that the sales department will dismiss any service department issues because its not their department. read more

He was brand new at selling but was super helpful every step of the way. When we had issue his manager Isabel was there to help! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! AND DO NOT BUY FROM ISABEL!! I can't stress it enough this has been the worst experience of my life!! The only people who treated us good here have been Gilda and Denise. Let me just help any future buyers, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ISABEL. Our original seller moved on to a better company because she was amazing and deserved a better company than this. Honestly it was a great experience until she left. After several missed calls and unanswered messages Isabel the manager answers my call. Isabel tells me "you have to understand it is hard to make y'all a priority, when I don't get paid for y'all" I begged for almost 3 MONTHS for someone to pay attention to us and help us get THE SKIRTING AND AC WE PAID FOR. I asked her if she could just communicate with me at least, and she said "you can keep texting me, and we can keep going around in circles, but I can't give you the answers you want. I don't know what's in your contract." Thank god Denise was able to step in and help us, without her communicating with us i don't know where we would be right now. We still have not received our permanent stairs but may 6th, we did get our skirting. Almost 4 months without skirting, fees from our park, and many unanswered messages...this is how they leave our stairs UPSIDE DOWN and far from the home. (We didn't even receive real stairs just wobbly short stairs that can't reach the door) No one deserves the treatment that we had to deal with this company. read more

RUN and go anywhere else but here!! I would give them zero stars if I could. They seem super friendly and helpful. Me and my wife both thought we had finally found people willing to help us find our perfect home. They took care of us since day one... That was until we paid for our house... I mean you would think "hey, they spent $100K in cash here let's take care of them. We don't have to be asking for their money and going through hoops to get them to pay." But no. We paid for our house in full. They said they were going to rush it to meet our deadline at the end of May. We order it in February. They told us it was no problem, that they could have it ready even before that. The weeks passed by and me and my wife started packing, buying furniture, and setting delivery dates. We told our landlord when we should be moved out. We had heard nothing to tell us otherwise. We called a couple times, and they told us everything was going according to plan. Mid May came they had not put down the foundation for the house or even called us to make sure the land was ready, which it had been for a while. We had been calling them for weeks trying to check the progress on our house. During that time they'd been posting on Instagram bragging and showing off how they drove 6 hours to the different plants where the homes are built to check on the progress for their valued customers. Still no call or text for us though. We found it weird since before we paid for our home they where calling us to see if we had the money, and asking when we could go down there and sign the contract. So why can't they answer one phone call from us now? We finally drove the 2 hours down there to talk to them in person and get some information. They welcomed us with smiles and asked us what brought us down there. We where like "where's our house??" They sat us down and talked to us. They told us that back in March they found out no one had actually order the house. So they claim they sent in the order again when they discovered this. Then again in April when they were checking the progress on other people's homes, they found out that somehow our house still wasn't ordered. They did not bother to tell us. Why would they?! Even though we had been calling them regularly and asking them about our house. So my wife and I had to drive 4 hours to Corpus Christi to go talk to someone else with the company. We told them what happened, and they were so mad at them. They told us they would file a complaint against this office. They helped us out and found us a home that we could get delivered right away, so we wouldn't have to wait on the other one they had just ordered for the third time. So thanks to them we now have our house. Only problem is we still can't move in. It has been weeks since the house was set up, and we have all the utilities installed. But we can't move in until the company comes and "trims out". Meaning they seal everything, fix the trim, the carpets, the walls, touch up the paint on the outside, tie it down, etc. We have extended our lease twice. We'll probably have to extend it again at least once. We're paying storage fees for furniture we've purchased. We've had to reschedule deliveries countless times. All because of this company's inability to properly care for their customers. So run away, and don't ever buy a house here. read more

The entire story is too long to post on here. But I will never ever do any business with this place again. And I'll tell anyone who will listen to steer clear as well. They strung us along for months with false information, and did not communicate extremely valuable information until we drug out of them. And after we found out what happened and what they'd done they played the blame game. They never accepted responsibility for any of the trouble they caused us. They cost us a ton of money, energy, time, and trust. And not once did they apologize or offer any kind of compensation. When we were interested in buying a home from them they seemed nice, trustworthy, helpful, and attentive. But as soon as we purchased a home and they got our money, they just dropped off the map. We didn't hear anything from them for months. No updates, and no alerts to the fact that there were serious problems going on with our home. We trusted them and they broke that trust in a massive way. I can't wait until our home is completed and I don't have to deal with them anymore. And I'm not basing this review on a period of a couple months, this is from almost a year of dealing with this place. So I've given them enough time to right their wrongs, and they've made no efforts to do so. Do not buy a home here. It's not worth all of the trouble you'll get. read more
