So we went online and read the reviews on Tami as well as other realtors in order to find a top notch professional. We visited with Tami and she explained the process, told is what we should list the home for and what the proceeds would be. Bottom line, she sold our home in 3 days!!!! No kidding. She also helped us acquire our new home which we absolutely love. She is a fantastic negotiator and is up to date with the market trends. Following a challenging prior experience, we engaged Tami Price to handle the sale of our home. She…read moreassured us she would take a different approach and guide us toward a successful sale. Unfortunately, her actions did not align with those assurances. Instead of prioritizing our interests, she appeared to pursue her own agenda regarding pricing and ultimately arranged the sale to a personal acquaintance. When we sought clarification about the buyer, Ms. Price withdrew from open communication and involved corporate representatives who pressured us into finalizing the sale. The aftermath of this experience was significant and distressing. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend exercising caution when considering her services. While she presents herself as supportive and trustworthy, our outcome suggests otherwise. Update to Tami's response: You colluded with other agents you knew and priced our home to their liking. There was another offer on the table that you recommended we not take in place of your friend, whom you chose not to confide that her loan was contingent on her divorce. You consistently fought to get her everything she needed, even after I told you numerous times that I was uncomfortable with how much they were asking for. I cut off communication because you were not upfront about the transaction details and provided us with a runaround, including extra amendments in the paperwork that you also withheld from us. I hired a lawyer team, whom we chose not to pursue a suit due to the time/compensation analysis, and decided it was not worth pursuing; however, our lawyers agreed that you were acting in bad faith and misrepresented us. Additionally, pricing a home significantly below market value and then boasting about the time it took to close is undermining, especially since your efforts to find us another home were minimal. If that is what you call quality, Tami, my review speaks for itself. There were no threats thrown at you whatsoever, and I advise you to stop insinuating that there were because, once again, that is defamation of character by you. During our negotiations, I did not threaten you, and I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with your attorney to understand precisely what advice he provided, as I am sure it was nothing but a defense plan for your illegal actions.

Throughout the whole buying process, they explicitly told us that they would be able to deliver the house and put a/c in no problem even though we weren't going to have electricity or water right away (my elderly dad was doing that part for us so it was going take a min.) Then they said, no, we have to have electrical. Got that done. Then they needed everything done. Fine, thats done too. Now, all of a sudden, no one will contact me back. And of course the only people who you can get ahold of are the sales people there and of course this "Isn't their department." For the record, they were great during the sale. They actually got us into the house. But that doesn't really matter if I'm paying for a house I can't even move into yet. It's not even just the a/c, there are multiple things that need to be fixed. We need a totally new shower because when you turn it on, it sprays everywhere and the door doesn't even fit on it. The front porch needs to be fixed. Just several things need to be fixed before I can sign off on a final walk through. And, everyone who says they will call back, doesn't. Let's see if the GM actually calls back today like she said she would. Funny thing is, one of the ladies there warmed me about their service department kind of jokingly. But of course she said this right after I finished signing all my documents. So, if for no other reason, I would avoid this place at all costs strictly because of the service department and the fact that the sales department will dismiss any service department issues because its not their department.

Wish i could have waited until the very end of my lease which is up in August. However, it seems…read morethat renewing your lease is far more important that relaying updates or even a response back to a work order regarding MOLD! I am a current renter who placed a work order in on Saturday June 13th. It has been a little over a week(today is June 23) and it took me going to the front office to get an update (on June 22) on what the solution was going to be about the MOLD i found in my AC vent... in MY BEDROOM. I am 8.5 months pregnant, and up until the last week i enjoyed my time at these apartments. The location was convenient, staff was friendly, maintenance was Always respectful and polite. But since this new management team has taken over, this place does not feel like a home. Work orders typically had a turnaround time of 24-48 hrs. So this makes no sense to me. When i went to the front desk, i asked about an update for my work order, i was informed "we have had to let several people go so we are running with two maintenance men at the moment". Which, fine! But the explanation on why my apartment hasn't been checked was what got me. I was told "i printed out all the work orders and they are aware of them all and are working through them as best as they can, if they are not in your unit by today, they will be there sometime in the morning. It is currently 1:32pm and yet NOT ONE person has been in my unit. Oh but let me not forget to inform them if I will be renewing my lease! I have received a total of 6 texts, 11 emails (from June 4-June 22) about renewing my lease and not one text/email with an update on my work order. I informed the front desk woman that i was not renewing (the mold definitely played a part in my decision) and turned in my form right then and there. Any consideration of renewing left when lease renewal took precedence over health. Hopefully this gets their attention, because this is definitely a management issue and not a maintenance issue. Their lack of staffing should not risk the health of renters and management needs to prioritize the work orders and not just hand off to maintenance and let them figure it out. ***UPDATE*** Since Beatriz is based out of Austin and has clearly no professional experience when it comes to accountability, let me add an update. The cleaners mentioned showed up the next day. Thank goodness! In their professional opinion they mentioned, yes, that the AC setting should be set to "auto" not "on". This is my second lease here, and i moved to this unit to upgrade from the smaller one i was in. NOT ONCE DID anyone mention this to me, nor have i experienced this in any apartment I've called home., BUT also poor design. They mentioned how the layout for the vent in the shower/restroom pushed the air to the bedroom causing poor ventilation and being a big part of the mold issue. So it was a combination of both things. Now had the ac setting been mentioned, i would have gladly taken accountability. Clearly something you do not know anything about. My review was more so to draw attention to the facts... it took me writing this review to get a response and/or action 7 BUSINESS DAYS LATER. It was the lack of urgency and accountability in action and response that was more of concern, second to the initial work order, MOLD. Beatriz, a more respectful response would have been to leave a number and have me contact you to get my side. A review CLEARLY does not allow enough space to give ALL details. Your lack of knowledge and information regarding this situation is clear. Had you attempted to reach out to speak to me this could have been taken care of with the office here. But because you chose the right one, i didn't have time to make this edit, but i MADE time. It is now public. This is only one of the many concerns and issues that happen here. This complex is not a place to call home anymore. There has been SEVERAL vehicle break-ins, all within the same day or days apart. Vandalism to vehicles(caused by hit and runs). Elevators constantly being broken down and taking days to repair so if you live on the first floor but have to park all the way up because there's no open spots on the lower levels, the stairs is the way to go.(good luck if you're on the 6th floor parking). Break-ins to storage units. I've had my street access door almost broken(or entry attempts) several times. As well as things stolen off my porch (like my shoes). I could go on. But public do what you will with this info.

I would like to just start off by saying the women that leased me this apartment when I first moved…read morein were amazing. They have now all left the property including the original manager. For these to be "luxury apartments" and for the rent and deposits they are requiring, these apartments should not have the problems I am about to explain. I moved here in May 2023. One of the first people to move into these newly built apartments and first to live in my apartment. Upon moving in there were many discrepancies that were "going to be fixed within the two weeks we'd moved in". Most things they told us were going to be fixed didn't get fixed. As shown in my photos many of our base boards were an orange/brown like color (not sure why) but we were told they were going to get fixed "because that's unacceptable" in their words. Never got fixed until one of them started to grow mold and then they finally decided to fix that one. And only that one. It also seems that the roof is leaking and it's creating mold and wet spots on the ceilings We moved in during the summer and liked to use our ceiling fan instead of the air when able. Upon using the fan in our guest bedroom we noticed it was inoperable because it would hit the ceiling due to them being slanted on the third floor. When trying to use the fan it would constantly be hitting the ceiling making a very loud popping noise. We voiced our concerns and were told that they were going to be getting extended pieces for the fan so it wouldn't hit the ceiling. This was never done, in fact they cancelled the work order I had in for it, and never notified me or contacted me of anything regarding this. We also experienced many drawers in our kitchen and guest bathroom where they weren't on track making it hard to open and close. My boyfriend tried fixing them himself but they would just keep popping back off track. A work order was put in for this as well. Besides those discrepancies my car has been rummaged through twice as well and my boyfriend's once. So please make sure you are keeping your car doors locked. Oh, and make sure you all are putting in your 60 days notice through email. Apparently it can't be verbal even though my boyfriend had gone into the office and spoke with the lady giving them our 60 days notice and the lady told him we were all set to go and they didn't need anything further from us, but come to find out telling them verbally wasn't good enough so we had to come out of pocket for the extra days that weren't in our lease. And good luck communicating because they do not respond to emails nor answer the phone more than half of the time. The "luxury" part is a scam and just a way to charge $300 more. And wonder why everyone is deciding to move.... -look forward to a $50 water bill and $200+ CPS bill

These apartments are not worth the deposit or rent prices!…read more I moved in on July of 2023, I'm the first one to be in this unit and with them being "luxury" apartments, I expected better than this! Especially with a deposit so high. I don't have amazing credit so my deposit was $1,750 but even if you have good credit expect to pay $1,500. Since the day I moved in I started having problems with the A/C and it wasn't consistent at first but after the new year, I've had to put in 5 maintenance request. At this point I already know when the temperature starts rising in the apartment to turn off the a/c, let it defrost and then turn it back on but it's not suitable to sit in an 80° + apartment in Texas. Maintenance will bring a portable a/c for a bit but I know it's happening to other residents and I'm not sure how many a/c they have to share. There are condensation stains and dripping from ALL of my vents. The grout in the bathroom cracked after a few months of living here and you can feel it lift under your feet when you walk over it. In January of this year my shower head was dripping and took three weeks to fix. I was told that the increase in my water bill would show up on May's rent statement and that they would average it out. That was never done and my water came out to $50! I was so excited to move here! I've lived at other apartment complex's but this was my first "luxury" apartment and it was a huge disappointment. I definitely won't be resigning my lease.
