Don't even know where to start! Horrible experience, they…read moredidn't give me the time or day. Felt stood up by this real estate firm. Poor communication on there end period. I flew in from out of state to meet with Carlos. I let him know in advance and it was arranged with advance time. We were suppose to meet and I had communicated that with him it was confirmed. He said we would make it work. He never gave me a time or location. I waited on him that long weekend I was there. For a time and location to meet. Before checking out of my hotel room and heading back. Unacceptable unprofessional and so rude. I spend alot of money on flight, car rental and hotel to meet with Carlos and his firm. It was unnecessary if he was gonna leave me hanging. Other then meeting with his firm. I had no reason to go to San Antonio. I had other more medical personal matters going on. With sensitive time frames. I took time out of my medical appointments for nothing. I waisted my time and money for this foolish experience. No effort, apologies or trying to make this meeting possible and right ever happen. From him or his firm. How cold and lame could anyone be,how sad....

He found one I was able to afford and got the price knocked down a bit from the original asking price. Highly recommended!!!

Two bedroom doors do not close due to poor leveling. I love the location of my home but would not recommend this company. We are doing a lot of work to fix what we should not have to. I don't want them near my home because I don't have faith in their vendors. Quality is poor value is even worse. We have a larger payment than we've ever had and already replacing doorknobs, needing leveling and septic repair.

The experience the first time was fantastic and the second one was no different. I first tried a realtor on realtor.com then tried some recommendations from some friends and family and no one seem to have the sense of urgency I had. That's when I remembered the River City Team I used when I purchased my first home and I looked them up. Misti Rios put an offer on the lot I was eyeballing right away and the offer was accepted. One of the realtors I previously spoken too even called me to tell me there was an offer accepted and that was that. My theory is that the lot I wanted was small potatoes for everyone I spoke to before Misti. I closed on the lot and won't forget to contact River City for my next Real Estate need. Thank you for everything.
