Two bedroom doors do not close due to poor leveling. I love the location of my home but would not recommend this company. We are doing a lot of work to fix what we should not have to. We have a larger payment than we've ever had and already replacing doorknobs, needing leveling and septic repair.

Then a friend recommended Kathleen, and OMG ... the difference she brought to the table is unbelievable . She sold our house in 1 day on the market with multiple offers , over asking, without making any remodels to the property She had our best interest in mind front and center all the time like it is her own house. Worth mentioning, we were selling the house remotely so she personally did all the work a homeowner should be doing to include every simple detail like turning on and off the light before and after showings . She worked very hard , was very knowledgeable of the market and how it is moving day by day and was very smart and fast making decisions accordingly , she honestly earned every penny she made out of a sale. We would definitely use her again if we were to come back to Texas , HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone moving there. It is not everyday you come across someone as good and honest as her...

If you're thinking about buying a home, you have to call Jenny Hard at Keller Williams--you'll be…read moreso glad you did! From the very beginning, Jenny was incredible. She was kind, patient, and truly listened to what I wanted and needed in a home. I had my heart set on a very specific neighborhood, which really narrowed my options--and on top of that, I was working within a tight timeline. There was nothing on the market that fit! But Jenny went above and beyond. She secured a showing for me on a home that wasn't even listed yet--a "pocket listing," something I didn't even know existed until she introduced me to it. Getting to see--and ultimately secure--a home before anyone else made the experience feel so special and exclusive. She didn't stop there. Jenny coordinated the inspection, walked through the home with me multiple times, and pointed out important details along the way. Her knowledge, dedication, and attention to detail gave me total peace of mind. Most importantly, she was by my side every step of the way. I always felt comfortable, supported, and confident with Jenny guiding me through the process. She truly made all the difference in finding my perfect home! Wendy found out quickly that I was pretty demanding for quality work and there were several "do overs" that she handled with speed and professionalism to our satisfaction and delight. Our sales rep, Becky Larick (now retired) was equally great in handling our every request for Change Orders and architectural review, spending many hours with us to make sure everything we wanted was properly set in the contract. Finally, their mortgage lender (Thrive Mortgage) represented by Lindsey Kneupper was equally professional and handled our financing without a hitch. So I heartedly recommend Whitestone and its Team of Professionals for any future custom home project.

They asked what property I was interested in. I looked through the listings and didn't see one I called for, so I asked if they had a reference for what they were calling for. The person on the other end then proceeded to become irate and rude saying, "Lady this is Google phone if your on it that's your fault" Not sure why the immediate angry response, or what they even meant, but this person was clearly unhelpful, and perhaps has an anger problem. Sounded like extreme defense for being called on not having the appropriate info available. It just got worse from there. I realized it was a simple mistake, but there was an incredible lack of helpfulness and consideration, much less even civility. Complete waste of energy. Would not recommended dealing with this company. They were incredibly passive aggressive, and also just outright rude. I asked then to stop contacting me, but they proceeded to anyway, for no real reason other than to continue being rude. Guess they don't have anything better to do. Feeling afraid now because I gave this person my driver's license info to view a rental. Who knows what they might try after this interaction. Perhaps this is just more proof of how obnoxious Californians flooding Texas real estate really are... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ This company has no established Google page, maybe this is why.
