When we met Danny, we took a weekend trip to Texas. We wanted to meet our new realtor and visit some houses in San Antonio and the surrounding area, and we realized during this weekend to Texas we would need more time to find just the right home. The weekend we spent with Danny was a fun time getting to learn about him, and he learned about us so that we knew we were on the right track to find the right home. We needed to find a place to stay quickly once we move to Texas and during the weekend visit luck was on our side, Danny has a fully furnished Airbnb that we decided to rent while we search for our new home. Once we moved to Texas, we rented the Airbnb. We did find a house quickly (thanks to Danny listening to what we were looking for in a home) and we rented the Airbnb for four months while our new home was in the process of completion. Danny is very knowledgeable, professional and listens to his clients. During the closing process, Danny made sure we felt at ease during this process and took all our many questions and all were answered in detail. Danny was with us every step of the way. We cannot express the thanks to Danny Charbel for being the person he is, he made us feel very comfortable in finding a home. On a side note, Danny has great contacts with different trades, that is how we have great plantation shutters, electrician, painters, etc. This is also a great feature with a realtor that has many great connections for his clients.

His guidance and knowledge helped us find our perfect home, even as we navigated the buying process from out of state. He is one of the most thorough and communicative professionals I have ever worked with. Danny came to us highly recommended, and still he surpassed our expectations. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the San Antonio area in need of a well-connected, knowledgeable and personable real estate agent.

She was personable, down-to-earth, took the time to show us things that we needed to be mindful of in considering purchasing a home, and was patient with our decisions - even when we flip-flopped. Karen's knowledge of San Antonio's neighborhoods and the fact that she always took the time to educate herself in advance of showings meant that she was able to provide us with invaluable insights. All of this went toward making sure that we wound up in the home that was right for us. We are so thankful for this! Karen trusted us to make the right decision, and took her time to work on our behalf. She was fast, precise, and an absolute pleasure to work with. On top of this, she had an intimate understanding of the VA's lending requirements, which was incredibly important to us. At every step, we knew that Karen McManuis was acting in our best interests. If we buy another home in the future, I hope Karen is available to help us out. We'll be sending business her way. Thank you, Karen!

We started our journey with Terry of building a home 14 months ago and his commitment to my family and I never wavered once and is actually stronger today than the first day he became our realtor. Terry was with us for EVERY appointment form signing contract, designing our home, picking out accessories (side note: Fellas if you need a teammate to help balance your spouse with picking items for your home call Terry now. He helped me keep my wife from going crazy with upgrades and at the same time helped us build a beautiful home with everything we really wanted) He went to numerous appointments with the builder Including every walk-through. He meet me at the house countless times to check the construction work and when things went wrong Terry was in immediately communication with the construction manager and sales representatives. He even worked with our mortgage broker to ensure everything was ready for closing. Not once did Terry offer guidance that was not in the best interest of my family and I, even though it never benefited him. Terry was always available for us no matter the time or day. He's always honest and forthright, no games! If you think you don't need a realtor because you're building a new home you're making a mistake! I could continue this review for pages.  Bottom line Terry is the realtor that you want by your side for all of your real estate needs. Terry is not just our realtor he has become our friend, there will never be a need for us to look for another realtor.

Since my initial quest to find the perfect starter investment property I have met several people in this office, and everyone from the secretary to the manager are always more than willing to answer any questions I have ever had about the process. Process: Excellent. The sales team is very up front with costs and have proved to be incredibly knowledgeable about the rehab process. In addition, they have endless resources for a beginning investor who isn't quite sure about the work of different contractors and handymen. Inventory: The team is constantly obtaining new properties. However, they also sell them quick. (I learned the hard way not to waste too much time responding to a deal because I lost a couple investment homes that were perfect for my needs.) Conclusion: I have bought three properties in the last two years from New Western San Antonio and couldn't be more pleased with their business practice. If you are new to flipping houses or are a seasoned investor with a substantial portfolio, New Western will likely be able to find you a perfect property and educate you in the process.

They knew I was a first-time investor and completely took advantage of my trust. Now I'm stuck with a property that needed so much additional undisclosed work that I may not be able to sell it without taking a loss, and probably won't be able to rent it for enough to cover the mortgage. When they say it needs TLC, you better understand that means MAJOR renovations and repairs. Very shady in my opinion.

We all live out of town and were at our wits end about how to sell the property long distance, given the repairs that were needed. Enter Sharlette Scott. She made the process so easy. From our first meeting Sharlette immediately provided comps and an honest assessment of how to best to sell the house. She literally went to work that day before we even formally signed with her. Sharlette went above and beyond; keeping us apprised at every critical point. Sharlette suggested, listing the house at a price in line with area comps (homes that were in far better state than ours). My siblings and I were asked what our bottom-line "actual price" would be, if offered. Not good enough for Sharlette. She worked her magic and got us 20k more than our "actual price". We came so close to the listing price vs. our actual bottom-line price that me and my siblings were simply astonished and overjoyed. She worked a deal that can only be described as magic! This is YOUR broker! She will go the distance and the extra mile to deliver results. Do not entrust your listing to anyone other than Sharlette Scott! A rockstar amongst brokers!! She conducted herself with the utmost integrity and I felt confident and comfortable that she was the right realtor for me. She made me feel as if I were her only client and that I had her full attention day and evening. I live in Los Angeles and needed to sell a home in San Antonio that I co-owned with my brother who lives in San Antonio. After scouring the Internet and reading numerous reviews, I contacted Sharlette. She responded to my email that same day. She listened attentively as I explained the situation and she assured me that she could assist in the selling process. She did a walk around the interior and exterior of the home. She had an eye for detail and made suggestions for enhancing the appeal of the home and the property. She was in frequent contact with us and provided regular updates about property views and current market conditions in the area. She also provided estimated closing costs depending on the selling price of the home. She scheduled a virtual meeting with us to lay out the various options we had as the property was not receiving offers. She was clear in her communication and explanations. In addition, she was very open and transparent about the challenges we faced. At the end of this meeting, we had agreed on a course of action. While I am sure that working with me in Los Angeles and my brother in San Antonio posed its challenges, Sharlette's demeanor and disposition remained unwaveringly positive and supportive. During the escrow process, Sharlette was very diligent in making sure that all contractual terms were met by the deadlines. She provided detailed information about the escrow steps so we would know what to expect. Her estimate for the closing costs was very accurate. There were no surprises and no mystery throughout this entire process. Consequently, based on my experience, I would describe Sharlette as excellent, exceptional, and extraordinary.
