She wasn't in it for the points, she genuinely wanted to get me into a good apartment. I told her I work from home now and I wanted a 2bd1ba or a 1bed1ba with a den/study. While we found a few matches, she suggested a normal 1bed1ba but in a "nicer" complex. As someone who lived in an extremely crappy and shady complex, I was interested if the price is right. Rachel narrowed the search down to two complexes and we successfully scheduled a tour with one. I ended up applying for that one to lock in the price and I'm so glad I did. When I toured the unit I was in love! It was smaller than my current place, but still had plenty of room to work. It had a patio, a fireplace, and a washer and dryer hookup. Sadly after moving in we realized the washer and dryer I was inheriting were too big. But that's okay. I have a HUGE storage unit to house everything until I'm ready to sort!
