Sam Lopez called within minutes on a weekend. He provided invaluable assistance and support in locating my new home in my preferred area. The property we selected is one only Sam recommended. It did not appear in lists generated by apps I was using before contacting SmartCity. Sam was present and available but not intrusive. Once we narrowed down options, Sam promptly scheduled tours and communicated the date and times with great efficiency. Many thanks to Sam for his support in the search and for his patience with my exhaustive Excel spreadsheets that are comprehensible only to me. I will not hesitate to recommend Sam and SmartCity to any acquaintances who are planning to move to San Antonio... or any other areas in which they provide services.

When we first put our house on the market an investor offered a lowball cash offer, which we declined (but stayed in contact with). Three months later we had to 48 hours to close on our new house or lose it so we asked Lusi to contact the investor to say that we were willing to take the offer. She didn't even bother to reach out to them for several days, which meant we lost that opportunity! In the end, MY HUSBAND found another investor to sell our house to. We contacted them, negotiated, and sold the house. But guess what?! Lusi still got close to $18,000 for US selling our own house. I have no idea what she did to earn that money.

Rachel Flores was fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. My faith in Apartment Locators was nonexistent…read more I had a terrible experience with one for my last move but Rachel just was so great to work with. She wasn't in it for the points, she genuinely wanted to get me into a good apartment. I told her I work from home now and I wanted a 2bd1ba or a 1bed1ba with a den/study. While we found a few matches, she suggested a normal 1bed1ba but in a "nicer" complex. As someone who lived in an extremely crappy and shady complex, I was interested if the price is right. Rachel narrowed the search down to two complexes and we successfully scheduled a tour with one. I ended up applying for that one to lock in the price and I'm so glad I did. When I toured the unit I was in love! It was smaller than my current place, but still had plenty of room to work. It had a patio, a fireplace, and a washer and dryer hookup. Sadly after moving in we realized the washer and dryer I was inheriting were too big. But that's okay. I have a HUGE storage unit to house everything until I'm ready to sort! I'm so happy with the unit Rachel showed me. She even went on the tour with me, it was great having her there! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new apartment.
