I kind of let her give her talk and then politely stated that we really just wanted to discuss mortgages and that we already had a realtor. Her attitude quickly changed and she scolded us saying that it was against realtor ethics for one person to get advice from two realtors and that she would not show us any homes. What??!! Had I not said that we were not interested in their realty services. Futhermore, she approached us as we sat waiting for our appt. Anyhow, it was just bizarre and uncomfortable. Two bedroom doors do not close due to poor leveling. I love the location of my home but would not recommend this company. We are doing a lot of work to fix what we should not have to. I don't want them near my home because I don't have faith in their vendors. Quality is poor value is even worse. We have a larger payment than we've ever had and already replacing doorknobs, needing leveling and septic repair.

She send me a few listing online and said to call her a few months before we move.... I called Kathy the 2ND week of September to catch up. With in minutes she sent me about 10 listing to check out. I let her know which ones I liked....and she was right on the money! With in a week I was ready to fly in to look at properties. She picked me up from the hotel...my toddler in tow and we started mid Friday afternoon. We checked out several developments that day and started again the next morning. By 2 pm on Sat. we already found the PERFECT home....and about $50K cheaper than we expected. She took care of everything for escrow and was there through closing....we stayed strong when KB home tried to screw us....that is a whole other review... Kathy was very patient and listen to my needs.....and QUICKLY found the PERFECT home.....even though she said the perfect home may not exist...but it is perfect. Its been a year since we have been here in San Antonio, and so many things did we find about this…read morecity that our Realtor Charlotte Leddy from Phyllis Browning failed to mention. Initially we were quite taken by her "sweet older lady charm" , all the "ya'll"'s and what nots. Then came the first house we made an offer on. The house was on the market for a year, we made the offer, signed thepaper work and then that evening MAGICALLY another " bidder"/ offer showed up! terrible shock. Then was our other house offer that we actually offered the asking price and STILL we did not get it. Leddy claimed that she had no idea why the buyer did not choose us. this was repeated 7-8 times, we make an offer and we get "over bid" One house my wife really liked for a good potential for fixing up but leddy talked us out of it reporting a poor relationship with the realtor. We did confront her that she is not representing us well and asked after we finally found a house for her to decrease her percentage and she utterly refused. We have not seen or heard from her since we bought the house. As a new couple in San Antonio, we had our faith in our Realtor and we felt violated and cheated. She was pushy and aggressive showing on our doorstep un-announced every day, day by day and when the signing occurred, she is no where to be found. Seek another Realtor, you have been warned.

Our experience with this property management company has been extremely disappointing and…read morestressful. From the beginning, communication was a major issue. Our initial property manager seemed unprofessional to us, at times mentioning they were drinking and unable to assist, and frequently asked if our family could handle responsibilities that should have been managed by them. We later discovered there were actually two different property managers assigned, one for us and one for the tenants. This contributed to the lack of clear and consistent communication. In March 2025, our tenants failed to transfer the water bill into their name, resulting in us being charged for their usage. When we reported this in April 2025, we were told the charges would be added to the tenant's statement so we could be reimbursed. Despite following up monthly, we never received repayment. During one of these follow ups, we were unexpectedly informed that our property had been reassigned to a new manager without prior notice. We updated the new manager on the issue, but it remained unresolved until we ultimately ended our contract and received our deposit. After some time with the new property manager, we reached out regarding a delayed rent payment, only to be told that the tenant had lost their job and requested to break the lease. We were not proactively informed of this situation and only learned of it after initiating contact ourselves. The property was then relisted, and we were told it was in "great condition," with only minor items left behind and routine lawn care needed as of February 4, 2026. However, when we continued receiving HOA violations, we became increasingly concerned, especially as a military family preparing for an overseas move. Due to the ongoing issues and lack of trust, we decided to terminate our agreement. When we regained access to the home in March 2026, we were shocked by its condition. The property was a new build that we had never lived in, and it had been left in severe disrepair. The refrigerator was covered in mold, floors were streaked, carpets were heavily stained with food debris, walls throughout the home were discolored and marked, bathrooms were extremely dirty, and the kitchen surfaces and appliances were unclean. There was also a large hole in the fence and trash left throughout the garage. Notably, the tenants had vacated in November 2025, meaning the home had been sitting and being shown to prospective renters in this condition for several months. Additionally, although the lease term was March 2025 through February 2026, we stopped receiving rent payments and are still owed approximately $8,000. To make matters worse, when we began seeking guidance before formally ending our contract, we felt pressured to sign documents quickly, despite requesting time to review them with my spouse. We continued to receive repeated messages urging us to proceed, which further reinforced our decision not to continue working with this company. Overall, due to the lack of communication, professionalism, accountability, and proper property oversight, we cannot recommend this company.
