Luis was one of three that responded to my request. He was the only one to literally get up on my roof and inspect/identify the issue that needed to be resolved. His quote clearly laid out the repairs needed and how it would resolve my problem, along with photos of his findings. The others companies that responded either never showed up and only provided a quote based on what they thought was the issue based on my description of the roof or claimed to have flown a drone over my roof, but could not provide any pictures or explanation of what I needed repaired. Luis got me scheduled and repair was completed in a week's time. They provided pictures showing the work completed and the before/after has been eye opening! I'm very happy with my decision to go with Roofing Services Now!

I can't speak for there work quality but 1 star for there customer service responses on yelp. *Update* - the owner did reach out and sincerely apologize for the response and personally came out and spoke with me and quoted me on my roofing situation. I cannot say any bad about the effort that was put forward to rectify is initial problem. Quote was very well put together and he explained everything very well. Overall, I have raised my initial 1 star review to a 4 star for the effort he put into to make things right and to correct this issue from happening to future customers.

And in dropping the heavy bundles of shingles on the roof I think they damaged them in the process. Several of the shingles installed had damage on the leading edges. When the old roof was being taken off a strip of metal fell down and hit my window. Fortunately it did not break it. In the process of removing the old roof the workers bent the metal flashing on my rain gutter on one of the inside corners. Several nails on the roof vent were not caulked. They gouged a hole in the side of my porch to install a portion of the roof. I had a strip of rain diverter at the edge of the roof where the a/c unit is that was not replaced and put back. I was told that no metal flashing was going to be used in the valley of the roof and after installation there is metal flashing exposed. They broke a branch on a bush in the front. There were several pink wrappers from the shingles left behind and twelve nails (and counting) I have picked up thus far. They left an oil stain in the driveway. Communication was non existent. And a day later is when they wanted to send a manager to do a walk through. I am still able to get up on the roof to find out what kind of poor workmanship was done. I can't imagine what other customers miss when they are not in a position to inspect their own roofs. One thing is true that the salesman told me when he initially came out. You never know what kind of work was done until years later when there is failure. I won't really know the quality of their workmanship until years later. With what is visible to me in their installation I wish I had gone with another company.

Unfortunately, the workmanship behind the appearance felt rushed and required more homeowner oversight than expected. During framing, I had to raise several quality concerns that should have been caught by the crew, including misaligned roof framing, multiple anchor bolts with a split bottom plates, boards not sitting flush, and general issues related to a rushed job. These were not cosmetic issues, but basic workmanship and quality-control items. They also committed to returning to seal around the windows and have not followed through, leaving that item unfinished. It's been over two weeks since final payment. My advice to future customers is to inspect the work carefully as it progresses and not make final payment until all punch-list items are fully completed and verified. Once payment is made, unresolved items may remain unresolved. I also recommend reading some of the more critical reviews, as similar themes appear there as well.

The lawn technician even cut some extra branches that were growing into the fence. The tile project was done in one day Miguel was so polite and professional.
