So far great. Not moved yet but we'll see. Will be a few months. At least they will be accepting credit cards.

I noticed Lessman wasn't listed on yelp. I wasn't about to write a review on citysearch (who goes…read morethere anyway?) so I'm going out of my way to make a business listing just so I can review this place. I was that happy. Long story short, I needed my house releveled. I knew a releveling should only run a couple of hundred bucks based on the prices available elsewhere. It apparently only runs like $200 if you live in the boonies in Arizona. Some of the places I've called tried to tell me it's 'really' hard lugging all those heavy jacks and water levels under the building and tried to charge me over 1k for 30 minutes worth of work, I told them I'd do it myself before I paid that much. Called Lessman's and they asked me how big the house was, if it had access under the building and gave me a great price. Even with my ridiculous schedule it was easy to get him to come out when I needed him, he actually knocked another hundred bucks off the price when he saw that I wasn't lying when I said I was only off by an inch or two and just wanted a minor readjustment. This guy is awesome. If you need work done on your manufactured house or trailer you should call him.

I hired Lessman's Mobile Home Service based on the excellent reviews others had left here. I am…read morenow writing this review as a warning. My only regret is that I didn't file a complaint with the BBB against this company while there was still time. My mobile home is almost 20 years old. I had it leveled for the 1st time--by Lessman's--less than 2 1/2 years ago. I had actually been under the house and seen how badly the house needed leveling. The piles of concrete supports were literally falling over. When the "gentlemen" from Lessman's came out, they said these supports were just fine. They were in-and-out in about 30 mins, charging me $600 for the privilege. In less than 2 months, the house was in the same shape as before--couldn't even close the front door properly. When I called Lessman's, the owner blamed it on recent rains and said it would cost me another $400 for them to come out and JUST TAKE A LOOK AT IT. No way!! Two days ago, I had another service come out to level my house. The underpinnings and supports are in much worse shape now. In fact, the owner and his assistant were afraid to try to do the leveling as is. They are going to come another time and put in extra supports to protect themselves--which is going to cost me another $300 over and above the original $500. And this can't even be done until the ground dries out more. Praying the house doesn't collapse around me before then. Wish I could give this business a score of about a negative million!

Made the appointment with Nathan from Lone Star Mobile Home Service and Repair on Wednesday. He…read morescheduled with us for inspection and repair for Friday at 9 am. We were initially excited for the quick appointment to getting our mobile home leveled. HOWEVER, Friday 9 am came and went. At 9:15 am, and 9:30 am my husband called Nathan and it went straight to voicemail. My husband also sent texts that were left unread. Nathan showed up at 9:47 am, and immediately asked to use the bathroom, despite us living next to a gas station. We let him of course, however he did not flush after himself. He stated that there was a closure on the freeway that caused the delay. He smelled of cigarettes' and was tracking mud all throughout the house, which is carpeted. He was running back and fourth in the house, I am sure just to be quick with the inspection, however his demeaner was very shady. He looked at the outside of the house, and my husband noticed Nathan's truck was running, and there was two other people who were with him. Therefore there was three people who had the opportunity to communicate they were running behind and they failed to do so. Nathan wanted to quickly start working on the house, and we were barely keeping up with him. Overall he was not professional, therefore my husband stated he did not want their business and told them to leave. Afterward, my husband checked the Better Business Bureau and discovered they are not even licensed through the state of Texas.

Came out once and was friendly and prompt. House shifted again so they came out and "fixed" it. Not…read morelong after we had the same issue but we were ghosted and could not get ahold of them. If it was an issue with my house or the land he should have told me before he took my money. Not happy.
