I decided to reach out on Facebook to Titan Factory Direct and was referred to this dealership/ location. Although they were closed on Sundays, I was still contacted by Breckin Coffeey who was very flexible with his schedule in order to help me find my dream home. He was very down to earth and nice to work with. He made me feel confident with the process by addressing all of my questions and more. Not only did he reach out to me individually but when I was concerned about buying land vs renting a lot, he was just a text away. More importantly, he orchestrated a conversation between me and his finance team during a time that met my needs. Because of Breckin and Titan Factory Direct staff, I felt like part of a family and appreciated all the individual assistance I was given. The reason I did not give full stars was because I felt the buying/customization process was easy, but I felt like I had to do a lot more work on locating land and lot options than I originally expected.
