Fast forward a few years 2023/24- and we find it very unsafe and they keep going up on the lot rent (It doesn't have a cap on lot rent) you can never get a return call and when you visit the office they are always busy to attend or answer your question. for the money you will spend living here you should look into renting a home or buying it will be better in the long run.

We picked this park because of its proximity to the Riverwalk. From the park to downtown is about 5 miles and the Riverwalk is right behind the park the location was really nice. We were right next to the road so it's very noisy. We had no problems and like I said we enjoyed being near the Riverwalk, but the noise because I am a light sleeper I would most likely not stay again. My husband slept fine.
