There also was many plumbing issues that they trued to fix but the toilets kept causing problems & our SAWS bill ended up being $3000+ for a month ): it was horrible, they gave us 1500 off rent to apologize for the plumbing issues and the stress it caused which I SUPER appreciated. The staff actually cares about the community & residents, if you decide to move here just check all the fixtures that they don't need repairs cuz it was in both bathrooms the toilet issues then one bathroom even had a shower that leaked. Other than that I enjoyed our time here & it is a great family friendly community! My car was never touched or broken into & the neighbors are quiet & kind. I don't know if I will receive any deposit back I will come and update it if they do. Most places I move from just keep it & cite damages though so we'll see
