This place was so trash and full of weird people. it's unreal. it's so strict too. you have to pay for wifi when the wifi doesn't work 90% of the time. i used up all my hotspot and wasted money on wifi that don't work. the laundry room is awful. the washers are so tiny and the dryers are crappy. only a couple washers work and one person will take up all of them for their own laundry and not leave some for anyone else. not to mention the laundry room doesn't have AC so it's so hot in there. i was sweating bad and i don't sweat. it's a big rv park but not enough things. only one laundry place and one pool. the pool here gets way too packed. the workers here are rude to. way to rude. they need their attitude straightened up. overall this place is a no go. read more

We stayed at this location for a week. I read the other reviews and feel some were misleading. For one yes there are definitely long term residences, however they all drive nice vehicles and 90% have nice motorhomes, trailers, ect. The rv spots were all clean and so was the pool and entire outside from what I saw. The trash bags you see is because you put ur trash bag on the curb and they come pick it up for you. Has power, water and sewage hookups. I don't know about cable we don't watch our tv since we go and do things and just visit. Some of the full time residents actually have really lovely plants and decor, all so friendly. There also is a dog park, the lights do flicker in the park which they could do better or have some more lighting or better numbering for rv spots. read more

A few years ago I was in the Army and had a place here. I loved it so much I left my new camper here so I could visit. New management came and are horrible many of the places this management own are trash so first thing they turned this neighborhood into a mess they charge for the trash which is a dumpster. They put in meters said they were not charging for water and did. They stopped mowing grass and their is no longer a neighborhood feel. They came I. Like a bulldozer and ruined everything good about this park. I'm leaving today. I no longer recommend though there are some great people still there the new company sucks One assistance manager left is great!! And some nice girls in the office I don't think this park will be a place to be and hopefully will be sold to someone who cares. It's hard to say goodbye to what was. One star cause I couldn't put 0. See note at bottom! ORIGINAL REVIEW - The facility was filled with park models and permanent RVer's and didn't appear to attract many short term stays. Some sites had cement pads, while others were gravel with a cement patio. Most gravel pads did not appear to be very level. All sites were surrounded by trees, so satellite reception would be questionable at most. To pick up satellite at our site, we had to pull to the very front of the pad, which was EXTREMELY un-level and required numerous blocks to level. Our pad was gravel, so it remained muddy throughout the frequent rains. Roads in the park are narrow and the corners are tight; roads are studded with speed bumps and pot holes, so you can imagine how challenging it was to navigate our big rig to the site! It is an older park that has definitely seen better days. We travel full time and have stayed at many, many parks, and although the price was reasonable and the staff friendly, we will try another park next time we return to the area. ADDENDUM NOTE: We tried working with the management to move to a more level spot and were told to keep trying. We tried for over a week and were told to check after the first of the month when the monthlies vacated their spots. When two sites came open that were more level, we asked to move but were told they could not move us due to the way their "reservation system" worked. They had no intention of letting us move when they told us to keep checking back. When I called the office and spoke with the general manager, I was told "that's the way it is and next time you can go to another park," and HUNG UP on me! We have have traveled extensively and have NEVER encountered management like this one! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place! read more

Horrible place. It gets one star for the clean restrooms. Everything else about the place was just awful. Driving in, we had to go over a lot of speed bumps to find our site. The site itself was adequate, but still felt like we were packed in. We looked at the exercise room and that was a joke - two pieces of broken down equipment. The pool looked like it could hold a dozen people, max, and it was dirty. The traffic noise and sirens made it difficult to sleep at night and we awoke early in the morning to the constant beeping from trucks backing up in the adjacent property. After one night, we decided to leave but we had paid for a full week. After arguing with the general manager, who obviously didn't care, we were given a discount, but we still lost a lot of money. This is a long-term mobile home park and you get all the goodies that go with that. Most of the place has RVs that will never move again. Junk everywhere. Stayed there because it is close to my sons home in San Antonio, will go elsewhere the next visit. My motor home site was between two permanent residents, one in a fifth wheel and one in a travel trailer. The sites are gravel and most of the short term siteswhere I was assigned are on O'Connor road with 24 hour traffic including lots of trucks going to I35. Seemed like there were always police lights shining through my window as they utilize the front of the park to pull over red light and speeding violations. Just not a good situation if you are trying to get any rest. Didn't use the toilets so don't know, the laundromat was ok. The wifi was useless as was the cable, don't even try because you will spend a lot of time after you give them a $20.00 deposit for the filter and still not get it. I tried to tell the General Manager that something was wrong at the site and she insisted that it wasn't even though I stayed the previous. Isn't in College Station and the same Time Warner filter box worked fine. Finally after 3 tries, I was told that it wasn't their cable, that it was given to the. By Time Warner and if I needed further help I should call them. Use your antennae, you can get the major networks without the hassle from this General Manager who has no people skills. If you need a spot in this location, the hookups work but bring a headset and try to stay out of her way, she doesn't ride a broom just a golf cart. read more

This place is awful. Did I say awful, I meant HIDEOUS! We requested a pull through site with 50 amp service. We got a barely able to back -in spot with permanent VERY old, dirty, messy, junky trailers all around (except for a very nice 5th wheel across from us who helped us get into this tricky spot). We don't feel safe leaving bbq or chairs out. When here we are stuck inside with drapes pulled shut. Thank goodness I brought plenty of wine! Satellite will not work - too many obstructions). We were told there were NO pull through spaces available, but after getting settled, we headed out to wash the car and passed three empty pull through sites. I was so excited to see San Antonio, but this has soured our whole experience. AVOID this place at all cost. read more
