I will never recommend this place to anyone. We have been lied to, charged for things we did not owe. Repairs were ignored for the most. Her front door does not lock securely. There is mold in the MH. and when it rains, the front door leaked on the inside of the mh. Work orders were summited, but ignored.. They refused to repair a leak. It cost her 55.00 to repair . There is no option to give 0 start. THIS IS A 0 RATING PLACE! This has got to be the worst place I have ever lived!!!!! It too a month to fix a leak under the sink. For 1300 in rent, just fix it! I ended up doing it for them. It took me 15 minutes tops. They are just lazy shits! There are lots of repairs that are not being addressed and are actually health issues. With not even so much as a we will look into that, they just mark the request as complete with out doing it. I would put 5 stars but the houses are older & unfortunately our had roaches when we moved in (a good amount in the kitchen area but not the whole house thankfully) & they don't do pest control if you are renting. There also was many plumbing issues that they trued to fix but the toilets kept causing problems & our SAWS bill ended up being $3000+ for a month ): it was horrible, they gave us 1500 off rent to apologize for the plumbing issues and the stress it caused which I SUPER appreciated. The staff actually cares about the community & residents, if you decide to move here just check all the fixtures that they don't need repairs cuz it was in both bathrooms the toilet issues then one bathroom even had a shower that leaked. Other than that I enjoyed our time here & it is a great family friendly community! My car was never touched or broken into & the neighbors are quiet & kind. I don't know if I will receive any deposit back I will come and update it if they do. Most places I move from just keep it & cite damages though so we'll see read more

This is a great community, under new management. There are a lot of old reviews based on the previous property manager and they were valid. However, this new team is a welcomed change. They are proactive and understanding, they do everything they can to communicate and help where they can. read more

Have lived here 3 years. The office people are rude, especially the lady. She lied too me on several occasions. She has no customer service skills. The old part of the neighborhood is falling apart, but yet wanna write me up for stuff left on my patio. Lease credits is a joke. They are crooks and Id like too see the percent of homes actually purchased with the lease credits. Scam!!! They claim there is security... have never seen them. Cars get broke into all the time. If you like living in a community where every single thing you do is tightly monitored and controlled in a fascist manner then look no further than summit ridge! We recently spent close to a thousand dollars to upgrade the landscaping around the home we OWN and immediately were confronted by the manager who can only be compared to Hitler. They stated that you have to have permission for everything you plant in the ground ( we put flowers in the front of the house) and no flower pots are allowed. We put potted flowers on the porch. We bought a beautiful fountain and that is not allowed either. We put solar lights along the walkway but apparently even though the path to our driveway is about twenty five feet or more in length, only six lights are allowed per lot. You can drive around the community and literally every other house has some sort of potted plants and landscaping, yet we get nasty letters on the door and the management constantly harasses us over every improvement we try to make. We have not done anything that actually alters the lot or the layout. Just things that give the place a little more curb appeal than an empty lot full of weeds. We are ready to file a lawsuit over the harassment we constantly face living here. I could understand it if we were doing things that made the yard look trashy or unsightly, but we doing the exact opposite. The money and time we have invested is only increasing the property value of this place. This is the most ridiculous management of any place I have ever lived and I have lived in a LOT of places. They literally want to control every aspect of their residents lives and God forbid you try to do anything they didn't give you written permission for, I mean everyone knows that pansies are a crime against humanity ,At least they might as well be if you live here. Oh yeah, and if you so much as dare leave a single thing on your porch overnight ( maybe it rained and your shoes got wet) you might as well go hang yourself for performing such a heinous felony. DO NOT rent or buy from this community. The manager will find every which way to rip you off. I bought my home 3 years ago with the impression my lot rent would be locked in. It is not. The manager has increased my lot rent $50/month annually for the past 2 years. I started at 328/month. I am now at 429/month and I am a home owner. The manager has informed me and other residents that there is no cap on the annual increases. So if I decide to stay for 20 years, I will end up with a lot rent over $2,000 and my mortgage is only $590/month. What the hell! The manager refuses to explain to me or other residents why this steep increase is necessary every year. Her standard fall back is that it comes down from the corporate office, but yet said corporate office is unavailable to take my calls. I will say that yes it is a beautiful community and very safe my young child, but there are some very unethical business going on here. Please beware. read more
