Although during this visit while shopping in the socks I over heard someone really harshly scolding a young lady in the clothing this tall gal had fingers in the younger girls face telling her she was a associate and to stay in her lane . The younger lady handle it really well and asked to be done . If the tall lady was a manager I feel sorry for the workers . She basically told the younger gal that she wasn't a person but a dog that she is telling to sit.. after seeing that I left . I asked for a manager at front desk but was told the store manager was not in that day... Poor hostile degrading management no one should talk to employees that way. The employee value is sad

Not many stores carry $200 hammers, and Milne does. Their prices are comparable to the best online prices and often beat amazon, especially on tool bags (-$50~ for Occidental Leather bags). Customer service may not be amazing, but this is a tool shop. If you want foo-foo, go to Starbucks.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION…read more I cannot stress enough how disappointing my experience was at this store, entirely due to the manager's behavior and lack of customer service. My wife purchased a winch for me as a Christmas gift during the "12 Days of Christmas" sale. She showed an image to an employee and reasonably believed she was buying the synthetic rope version. Unfortunately, she was given the wire rope version instead. During the sale, both versions were the same price, so there was no price difference at the time of purchase. When I went into the store (I'm from Kennewick) and explained the honest mistake, I simply asked for a one-for-one exchange. The manager was extremely dismissive, showed no empathy, and made it clear she was unwilling to help. She told me I was out of luck and could only return the item and repurchase the synthetic version at full price, stating she "didn't feel comfortable" honoring the original sale even though the item had already been sold at that price. This was a straightforward situation that could have been resolved easily, but instead it was handled poorly and unprofessionally. The manager should not be in customer service, and the district manager should seriously consider intervention if they want to preserve this location's reputation. I will be warning others and leaving reviews anywhere possible to ensure people are aware of how customers are treated here.
