There were other customers in the store, and even though she was the only employee working at the time, I didn't feel put on the back burner.     So I called the Boost Mobile on Abercorn across from the Buffalo Wild Wings before arriving to find…read moreout if they had some accessories for my new phone no one never answered the phone so do to my arrival I walked in no one's in the building but the music was loud a few seconds later a young lady came in short light skin with a fade you never asked can she help me never ask hi my doing today or what brings you in today as soon as I woke up to the building I smell weed and she was in the car with two other people no customer service was given she was very short with the answers she gave so I see this wasn't going to turn out too good so I left the store called out to the Savannah Mall Boost Mobile and right away the customer service on the phone was better than the customer service the young lady gave in the store on Abercorn I asked about the accessories for my phone she answered yes so I did then went out to the Savannah Mall got out to the store the young lady a great customer service I left with what I needed in and out with no problem so if anybody need any accessories or anything dealing with Boost Mobile go out to the Savannah Mall you won't go wrong

    I ordered an Apple Watch from the Verizon store on Victory Drive in Savannah, GA. When it arrived,…read morethe band was too large. The salesperson who helped me, Justin, was terrific--he immediately offered to order a smaller band so I could compare both sizes before deciding which one to purchase. He repacked the original watch, labeled the box with my name, and said the store would hold it in the back until the second one arrived. Over the next few days, I received multiple confirmations: emails from Verizon showing two watch orders, voicemail notifications telling me the watch was ready for pickup, and FedEx tracking updates confirming delivery to the store. Everything looked exactly as Justin had explained. But when I went to pick up the watch, Justin was off--and the experience went downhill fast. The salesperson who greeted me told me there was no record of any orders, no watches in the back, nothing. I showed him the Verizon emails, FedEx delivery confirmations, and even explained that I had already tried on the original watch they'd set aside. He dismissed all of it and made me feel like I was imagining the entire situation. I asked for the manager, and unfortunately things only got worse. She showed no concern that two watches--both confirmed delivered and signed for--had seemingly disappeared. She didn't apologize, didn't investigate, didn't look up the order, didn't ask questions... nothing. Her attitude was essentially: You never ordered anything and we can't help you. As someone who has been a Verizon customer since the early days--my entire family has multiple lines and devices with you--this was beyond disappointing. I would have understood if they said the watch was accidentally sold or misplaced. Mistakes happen. What's unacceptable is insisting the order never existed when I'm providing all the documentation, and showing zero interest in figuring out what happened to merchandise delivered to and signed for by a Verizon store manager. At the very least, I expected someone to care that two Apple Watches confirmed delivered to your store have vanished. Whether they were mis-scanned, sold, or stolen, this should matter to the store leadership. Instead, I was treated dismissively and left without any resolution.

Justin Butler helped me realize why Verizon is still and will forever be the best choice for mobile service. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Walked out with a brand new phone and am only paying a few dollars more per month. He even helped me combine my streaming services and saved me money there. Best sales experience yet in a Verizon store, and I have been a customer for over 25 years.

They said no take it and we will order the smaller use this one until it comes in. Went back, Watch was the wrong one. They said don't worry it's our fault come back in a week. Called, nothing. Went back in they said oops too late you can't return it. The rep acted like I was trying to be slick and getting a new watch! He was like "it's used you can't switch it". Now I'm stuck with the most expensive watch that I never wanted and I can't exchange it! I can't even sell it as I owe more than it's worth. Don't go to this location. They give Verizon a bad rap. I do not recommend getting an Apple Watch from Verizon and especially not from this location.
