Review number two on Rene... he is the best. I thought that my wall mount had broken. The TV was completely at an angle and I couldn't push it upright and make it stick. I went and bought a new mount and called Rene. He came out and explained to me that whoever installed it when I first moved in did it incorrectly and then I did not need a new wall mount. He could have been dishonest, taken off the old one, put on the new one and charged me a bunch, but he didn't because he is an honest and good person! I don't think I've ever had someone come to my house and put booties on before walking in the door without even asking. I always tell him he is the nicest, most polite, most put together and best smelling person that comes to help me in my home and I of course say that with the upmost respect and appropriateness honestly he's terrific!
