I am writing to share feedback regarding a recent job completed by Carlos from Install Nation. The project involved removing an existing TV and mount, replacing them with a new mount and TV, and reinstalling the old TV and mount in another room. This also included adding a new outlet 5 feet above the existing one to eliminate unsightly wires, with no drywall patchwork needed. Carlos was proactive and called prior to the appointment to confirm the scope of the project, which streamlined the entire process. He was professional, efficient, friendly, and respectful. Throughout the installation, he was detail-oriented, explained his process, and cleaned up as he worked. Because of his proactive communication, he anticipated the necessary tools and cables, giving us the option to purchase the required items at a reasonable price with no pressure. He was transparent, honest, and provided excellent workmanship. Reasonable pricing & friendly! We highly recommend Install Nation and Carlos. Thank you install Nation-Carlos Darren, Vickie & Jeff M. read more

Carlos did an amazing job, he was incredibly calm and professional and we didn't have the easiest wall to put the TV on, but he figured it all out and did it for a great price, highly recommended would use him again in a heartbeat. read more

I would recommend Carlos to anyone who needs to have a Smart TV installed, mounted, and setup. He performed all of this for a newly purchased 75 inch TV, which was more efficient. And he also removed our old 70 inch TV. And also made sure that the area was fairly clean when he left. There were a few new electronic devices that needed to be installed in order for Carlos to fully perform this job. TV electronics seem to change too much for me. So I think that his knowledge and experience was very useful because of these devices complicated wiring and cables connections. Thus, he did an outstanding job which completely satisfied us. So if you need a professional TV man, Carlos is the one to use. Patrick B. read more

Carlos is the ultimate professional in installing any kind of TV or sound system! He installed my 65" 4K TV that I won in a Holiday Raffle at work in a corner location with an articulating mount and set up the Roku from the original TV for the bedroom TV. That plus hidden wiring, Blu-Ray set up and programming all at a terrific deal and price. Highly recommended for all your video and sound needs! read more

NO WIRES!!! Thanks to Install Nation for making it happen. Carlos installed 2 outlets: one behind the tv, and another one below the tv . It was important to us that our walls stay undamaged and clean...and he did it. Carlos was very professional, and an all-around nice guy. He respectably wore shoe booties in our home, and kept his work area very neat. I'm extremely happy with his work. I will gladly do business with him again. read more

Carlos from install nation met our every specifications for the mounting of our two televisions. One in the living room, along with placing our speakers in their optimal position. He did an amazing job, the look of each placement is seamless. And the price was very reasonable. A great deal for the time and care he took to exceed our expectations. This is why after the first installation we called him when we had a second install. On top of that he leant his expert opinion when we were unsure of the best look. He is very pleasant and very accommodating. We shall only be using Install Nation and strongly urge anyone interested in a perfectly placed television and sound to do the same. It is so so worth it! read more

Carlos was the tech assigned by a larger company, and I'm so happy he was. First off, he was prompt and incredibly professional. He looked over the mount that I had, the TV and where I wanted it to go before, and confirmed everything would work. He was extremely methodical in setting up the mount to the TV and, when attaching it to the wall, went and got better screws to make sure it was secure. He then connected all the cables and confirmed everything was working properly, which I don't think was actually in the job description. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Carlos and the job that he did. I will definitely be using him for my next tv. read more

A very deserving 5-star review! Carlos was assigned to us by a big box retailer to mount our new 75" TV and we are SUPER glad that they did! Carlos arrived with a mask on - our household is vaccinated but appreciate that he wanted to respect everyone's safety. Carlos was precise with every step of the TV mounting process - measured accurately and made sure all angles were balanced properly and leveled. We had another TV in our upstairs loft that also needed to be mounted and he graciously did that one too since he was already here. We had a mount but it wasn't the right one for that TV and thankfully he came prepared with spare TV mounts in his truck for this very reason. Carlos is super professional, friendly, clean, thoughtful, and precise. We just met him and trust his work. He'll definitely be the one to call when we set up any other home entertainment needs! Carlos' service goes above and beyond professionalism and would HIGHLY recommend. read more

Fantastic job! ! He took down my old TV and put up my new TV, and hauled the old one away. Experienced and professional!

Literally texted Carlos this morning asking if he could come and he was in a meeting and came right after and set up a 70 inch and a 58 inch for me last minute and he provided the mounts and did all the cords for me. He required me electrical so none of my cords show and created a new outlet behind the wall. Amazing job. I usually don't make Yelp reviews but I was super impressed Edit: forgot to add that he also did not leave any trash behind and no dust left behind from the drills he made into the wall. Amazing job. Carlos did a very good job with mounting 2 tv's as well as installing the cable management system behind the wall. We had a 75" installed downstairs (pictured) and a 60" in our master upstairs. He was very clean and precise with his process to ensure a quality install. I was a bit surprised at the time it took, about 6 hours. We did discuss the tv sizes over the phone so just knowing it could take that much time would have been helpful. I didn't ask, so I wouldn't not fault him in rating as the job was done very well.. perhaps just ask Carlos how much time he thinks it will take and then you will have a flawless experience. read more

I contacted Carlos through Yelp to have my flat screen television mounted. Carlos quickly responded, and we scheduled an installation time. On the day of the appointment, Carlos was personable and professional. He took the time to look over the mount and tv brackets prior to beginning the installation. He gave a few options as to the potential location of the TV. He efficiently found the studs and mounted the TV bracket. Moreover, he took the time to be clean during the installation process, and wore gloves and a mask for in-home installation. Overall his prices are reasonable and I would use his services again. read more

Carlos came exactly on time and expertly hung our new huge 65" TV, and installed a sound bar and DVD player. He set up a table to hold his toolbox and placed rubber mats on the floor. He covered our table top to protect it. He measured and remeasured and used a level to make sure everything was exact and precise. He did all the configuring of the Tv, WiFi, and remotes and explained how to best utilize them. Basically the entire install was amazing. Pricing was very reasonable for this level of expertise. I told him he reminded me of an install Surgeon and he said he'd heard that before! Lol! I give him my highest recommendation, Call "Dr." Carlos, he is the absolute best!! read more
