Carlos is an absolute technician. He has completed multiple projects for me and I have also referred him to family members. If you want a perfectionist, he is your guy. He arrives on time and operates like a surgeon. He stopped to discuss every aspect of the project with me from entry points to electrical outlet positioning etc. I'm not a perfectionist, so on some of the decisions, for example, some spacing or leveling being a inch off. I would say "meh it's fine" but Carlos wouldn't accept it. He said "I'm installing this as if it was my own home. He taped bags to every cutting and drilling point to keep it clean and laid down tarps to protect the floor. To top it all off he is a very genuine and personable guy. It's rare these days to find a reliable, professional, skillful technician who comes to your aid when you need one. But Carlos is that person! Carlos installed a 50 inch TV above our fireplace a few years ago (and did a fantastic job!). Today we needed help removing our TV so we could repaint the wall. We contacted him, and although he texted us detailed instructions to remove the TV ourselves, we didn't feel physically able to do the job ourselves. He came to our aid within half an hour. Wow, I was more than impressed. I saw the first reviewer who gave Carlos a 5 star but then saw her other few reviews and they were all 5 stars, so I wasn't sure what to take of it. I then read his hand written reviews on his website and had enough courage to call. From the start of the conversation he (Carlos) was super nice and professional. He wasn't pushy or too rushed he was professional. He gave me quite a deal it was hard to pass up but it was truly his professionalism that sealed things. I wasn't there for the install my in-laws were and I was nervous. I am sorry to say I didn't have that much trust in his trade. I feel more times than not I get screwed with trades (plumbing/electrical/handy/construction) folks. So I waited for the catch. Instead I got a call from my father in-law telling me how great Carlos was and how smooth things were going. He explained everything before hand, gave his recommendation and did a clean and professional install. He was right on time, he was on site as long as he said, he was right on with the quote. He installed 2 TVs for us, one on the wall and one above the fireplace both with concealed wires so he had to bring power to the location and run all the cables through the wall. He explained our options when issues arose such as the mantle was not level, he was patient and helpful.
