THIS STORE DESERVES -10 STAR REVIEW. YES. NEGATIVE 10 STARS. This is the shittiest possible store you could ever walk in to for your car audio system. The owner is a crook douche bag piece of shit and a liar. Long story short, I went in for a fuse to replaced. I had to come back 3 FUCKING TIMES only for the third time my subwoofer was ruined and this douche told me to come back tomorrow. These 3 visits were all in the same fucking day!! First time he didn't fix anything. Charged me $75 after quoting me at $50. Second time He took apart my sub and rewired my sub woofer so it essentially destroyed itself. I came back a third time to show him the horrible vibrating noise it now made. It's a Memphis 12 inch. It's supposed to be wired on both sides of the internal speaker. He disconnected one side. By doing this, it vibrates off axis and destroyed itself. I think he did this purposely to say I had a bad subwoofer and to get me to buy another from HIM. I HAD TO HAVE THE SUB WOOFER REPLACED BECAUSE OF THIS PIECE OF SHIT. Thankfully it was covered by the warranty because I JUST BOUGHT IT A WEEK BEFORE.....AND HE DESTROYED IT. Refused to give me my money back after "servicing" my car. I paid this LIAR $75 to destroy my subwoofer and give me more problems. I hope the fat piece of shit owner dies soon from his clogged arteries. I hope you read this you fat cunt. I hope your business goes under and you kill yourself. Fuck you. They will be a little more than most stereo shops charge but if you talk to don the owner he will work with you and if you don't want to spend anything they can approve you a loan even if your credit isn't good all you need to qualify is a bank account even if it's empty.if your not sure about this business and check reviews before you bring your car here than I completely understand and I'm proud to be the first reviewer if it wasn't for a lifetime warranty on all work done at this shop I'd always suggest going for a cheaper price same with stereos I came in with a no name cheep knock off stereo they told me was junk and I just thought they wanted to see me something two weeks go by my new stereo went blank don said don't worry bring it back and this time I listened to don bought a pioneer and didn't have to pay him to replace it so they have my business for life and I can vouch they are good. read more

One star is being nice.After receiving an estimate for $290.00,when I went to get my car it was now $366.00,no phone call,just jacked the price up.He charged more than the tax percentage rate for Ventura county tried to explain it needed more parts,which is irrelevant as you can't go into my pockets without calling me for authorization,Had I of known it was going to be $70.00 more,I wouldn't of had it done.He argued with me,charged tax for labor which is illegal,then had the audacity to take the already overcharged tax off my bill.Even the employee agreed with me that the original est was $290.00.The owner didn't care,he reached into his cash register and handed me $10.00 dollars and told me that was it,and leave. I surprised my boyfriend and got him a new stereo in his truck thru discount stereo.and I can tell you from experience that I recently had at that little shop just last week the warranty on the work is worth the money alone five years this guy told me I buy the extra protection plan at toys r us and target on all of my electronic purchases and would have done the same here but he already offered it for free it comes with any work and any product in that store you know that's a deal.the next best thing you will not have to worry about is the long wait,in fact you really can't find a shop that will get you in and out in less than 30 min.when I said I surprised my boyfriend I really did he had no idea I did that for him because the amount of time I was gone is impossible to put that much awesomeness in his truck and still have money left. read more
