Came in today to have my windows tinted based on all the positive reviews here on Yelp. And I can thankfully say I was delighted to have come here. First off, all the staff I've met were friendly and hilarious. I didn't feel rushed or pressured, they all made me feel welcomed. On top of that, I received honest and great advice. After waiting just over an hour (not bad), my windows came out beautiful and the price was ideal. Just as I'd hoped for. Definitely plan on returning for some other minor modifications to my vehicle. However, parking was a nightmare, lots & lots of huge trucks around that made me feel uneasy. But be sure to come in on a weekday morning if possible so you won't have to worry too much about parking as they seem to be a bit slower during the day. Came here to see what the 5 year warranty covered since some of my tint was peeling on driver side window. Recently I parked my car in queens and came back to a broken passenger Side window. It was very upsetting because it would seem my car was broken into and some things were taken from the car. Was a little apprehensive going to this middle-of-nowhere auto place to get my windows tinted but turned out to be a nice place with friendly people and a neat air-conditioned waiting area with comfortable leather sofas and tons and tons of magazines of all sorts (Men's Fitness, Maxim, Car and Driver, Details, a bunch of chick mags, etc.) Lots of cool car modding gear too. They have a plaque on their display case from MIB acknowledging their work. Apparently they did the tinting on the cars for the Men In Black movie filmed here in NY and for the trucks in The Dark Knight. Service was fast (complete privacy glass tinting done in a little over 1 hour) and priced better than the other local shops. Would definitely come back here. read more

Ok, so after a few more days of the tint sitting on my glass, they actually started to look decent. My glass did have a few scratches from the job, but all minor. So, I would endorse the tint job, I apologize to the owner Bill. I still feel however that the customer service could be better in terms of estimated wait times. Every single shop that I called said would take at least two days to fix the rear windshield, even freaking safelite(who is supposed to come and fix car windshield at the same day according to tv ads). But Billy fixed my rear windshield within an hour. And he charged so low compare to the other body shops and safelite. Price quote difference was almost $100. Definitely recommend. read more

They were able to give us a same day appt and fixed the rear glass in an hour. Seemed like they were more willing to work with us and get us a glass quickly once we told them we had full glass coverage through our insurance carrier. The reattached the rear windshield wipers but they don't work now for some reason. Will take the car back and see if they can fix it. Excellent service. After my car was broken into and my window smashed, I called to see how quickly they could replace the window. Billy was a tremendous help; he had my window replaced in about an hour. My insurance company told me I would have to handle the tint price myself, but Billy didn't charge me for it and told me he would contact the insurance company to take care of it. Came in one morning to have tints done on my car, the wait was quiet a bit bc its first come first serve monday thru friday; so the earlier the better. but after a few hours of hanging out reading magazines and watching tv in the waiting area, i got to check the job done by the tinting tech. at first sight i was impressed by the level of detail and time put in to get it done right. Bill the owner of the shop gave me advice on how to care and clean the windows after a few days of letting it dry. after a few days the film has set in & all the water bubbles are going; all i can say is that its perfect! i cant complain about the workmanship and attention to detail put in to getting my tints done. the best part was the PRICE! you can go anywhere else and save 20-30$, and only spend 100$ but for what, shotty work, and film thatll start turning purple after a few years. Bill uses the same tinting film on his car and they havent faded yet. even after 6 years. he has made a customer for life. thank you! read more

Be careful. The Audio installer does not know what he is doing. He use to but no longer. Messed up the navigation\ the sideview cameras, the sideview mirrors and lied. Do not do business with Mario. The auto glass install was fine. read more
