This recent heat wave caused the adhesive on my rearview mirror to fall off. I gave Billy a call, showed up 20 mins later and he got the mirror back up in 5 mins. I tried using strong double sided tape but that worked terribly FYI. Nothing but great things to say about Billy and his company. If you need glass work done, come here! read more

I naturally ask a lot of questions when I'm trying to learn something or make an important decision, but some people on the receiving end of my inquisitiveness aren't too patient. Billy, at Mobile, was amazingly kind, patient, honest, and thorough. He spent a long time answering all of my questions, was very knowledgeable, and he seemed trustworthy. I read all the reviews, liked that he'd been in business about 25 years. So glad I went to his shop. It was super professional and Billy and his guys did a great job! read more

Mobile Auto Glass - Car Stereo Installation Near Me - Jamaica, New York

Came in today to have my windows tinted based on all the positive reviews here on Yelp. And I can thankfully say I was delighted to have come here. First off, all the staff I've met were friendly and hilarious. I didn't feel rushed or pressured, they all made me feel welcomed. On top of that, I received honest and great advice. After waiting just over an hour (not bad), my windows came out beautiful and the price was ideal. Just as I'd hoped for. Definitely plan on returning for some other minor modifications to my vehicle. However, parking was a nightmare, lots & lots of huge trucks around that made me feel uneasy. But be sure to come in on a weekday morning if possible so you won't have to worry too much about parking as they seem to be a bit slower during the day. I can happily say I would recommend this place for tints.. read more

Billy is the boss of the store who is very integrity and responsible. Guide me through to inspect the problem via the phone first. My VW replaced the windshield glass twice. They also offer warranty for new glass. highly recommended ! read more

Nick S. Just got my windows tinted by these guys and they did a really nice job. Nice guys, very friendly. You wait in a nice area with a comfortable couch and endless magazines. For an hour and a half total time for all the windows, and the quality, I'd definitely recommend these guys. They offer a five year warranty for the tints as well. read more

Mobile Auto Glass - They had this fixed in about a hour. - Car Stereo Installation Near Me - Jamaica, New York

Needed a window replaced on my car ASAP. I called the car dealership and they said it will take about a week for the window to be delivered. I couldn't wait that long. Decided to give Mobile Auto Glass a call (which I'm glad I did) and Billy told me he will have the window shipped from the warehouse to the shop to be installed same day. Everything worked out perfectly from the pricing to the installation. Thank you! read more

Excellent! I could not be more appreciative. I woke up to find that my driver side front window was completely smashed, after being told that the insurance company appointed auto glass company wouldn't be able to help me, until Monday morning, after 2 days, with rain in the forecast, this place saved me. I was in and out less than 2 hours on a Saturday. Comfortable couches for waiting, and a rest room for customers. Great work and customer service with many other services available. Highly recommended. Thanks again! read more

Called around 8:45, spoke to Billy and they had the windshield that I needed for my car in stock. I showed up 15 mins later, and was done within the hour. I also had some yellow tints done on my day time running lights. Great pricing, fast service, fine quality work. A+++ read more

Billy is the man! Honest, fast, reliable service. You can tell he loves his job! Would recommend him to everyone and anyone!

Came here to see what the 5 year warranty covered since some of my tint was peeling on driver side window. The tint guys were sitting in some chair and staring at me and never once asked if I needed help. Cool. Called twice and left the OWNER a message and he never called back. Guess once he heard warranty he wasn't honorable enough to honor it and call me back. Never again. Plenty of tint places to go to down liberty instead of a place with Dbag workers and a crap owner read more

Recently I parked my car in queens and came back to a broken passenger Side window. It was very upsetting because it would seem my car was broken into and some things were taken from the car. I wanted to get it fixed and fast so I searched for a glass shop in the JAMAICA area. I found Mobile auto glass, to my surprise he said I could come right down and He could fix it right away. He actually helped cover the cost with a quick Claim to my insurance company. It took a only a couple of hours but I was back on the Road with a new passenger window that same day. The service and installation was excellent and I would highly recommend them. Billy One of the owners was a big help and made what was a bad day better In the end! read more

Was a little apprehensive going to this middle-of-nowhere auto place to get my windows tinted but turned out to be a nice place with friendly people and a neat air-conditioned waiting area with comfortable leather sofas and tons and tons of magazines of all sorts (Men's Fitness, Maxim, Car and Driver, Details, a bunch of chick mags, etc.) Lots of cool car modding gear too. They have a plaque on their display case from MIB acknowledging their work. Apparently they did the tinting on the cars for the Men In Black movie filmed here in NY and for the trucks in The Dark Knight. Service was fast (complete privacy glass tinting done in a little over 1 hour) and priced better than the other local shops. Would definitely come back here. read more

Great job! These guys really are professional and I couldn't ask for more. I got my tints done and everything was perfect. Even when I had to come back the next day, I was helped quickly. I will definitely be coming back to get all the work done for my Subie! Thanks again guys read more

The customer service is great! Bill was super sweet and professional the entire time. I got a tint job which I love, the cut was perfect with no bubbles. Thanks Bill! read more

Ok, so after a few more days of the tint sitting on my glass, they actually started to look decent. My glass did have a few scratches from the job, but all minor. So, I would endorse the tint job, I apologize to the owner Bill. I still feel however that the customer service could be better in terms of estimated wait times. I remember the day I was there there was another woman there complaining about waiting longer than she had been told. read more

Every single shop that I called said would take at least two days to fix the rear windshield, even freaking safelite(who is supposed to come and fix car windshield at the same day according to tv ads). But Billy fixed my rear windshield within an hour. And he charged so low compare to the other body shops and safelite. Price quote difference was almost $100. Definitely recommend. read more

The atmosphere and professionalism here is amazing. Billy was very pleasant and Every employee was courteous and helpful. They were fast and efficient. They were able to give us a same day appt and fixed the rear glass in an hour. Seemed like they were more willing to work with us and get us a glass quickly once we told them we had full glass coverage through our insurance carrier. The reattached the rear windshield wipers but they don't work now for some reason. Will take the car back and see if they can fix it. I'd they do, I'll update the review because everything was working fine before. read more

Excellent service. After my car was broken into and my window smashed, I called to see how quickly they could replace the window. Billy was a tremendous help; he had my window replaced in about an hour. went in for a tint job. as one reviewer said, it's first come first serve. but i called and they were able to slide me in their day. friendly customer service and very reasonable in pricing. the quality of the work is on point and clean. no bubbles, marks, or creases.. (so far) - i highly recommend them. read more

Came in one morning to have tints done on my car, the wait was quiet a bit bc its first come first serve monday thru friday; so the earlier the better. but after a few hours of hanging out reading magazines and watching tv in the waiting area, i got to check the job done by the tinting tech. at first sight i was impressed by the level of detail and time put in to get it done right. Bill the owner of the shop gave me advice on how to care and clean the windows after a few days of letting it dry. after a few days the film has set in & all the water bubbles are going; all i can say is that its perfect! i cant complain about the workmanship and attention to detail put in to getting my tints done. the best part was the PRICE! you can go anywhere else and save 20-30$, and only spend 100$ but for what, shotty work, and film thatll start turning purple after a few years. Bill uses the same tinting film on his car and they havent faded yet. even after 6 years. he has made a customer for life. thank you! read more
