The guys here are nothing short but professional. They did some phenomenal work on my Ram 1500. Calvin is extremely knowledgeable and he recommended the best options on upgrades to my truck without breaking the bank. He essentially treated my truck like his own. I picked it up the other day and couldn't be happier with the work. I'm so freaking excited to drive my truck again. Thank you so much Crown Auto Center!!!!! I highly recommend Calvin and his team of professionals to take care of your vehicle. read more

I ordered wheels at wicked big meet 2022. Never received the wheels. They told me there was an issue with the people that were supposed to send them out. I was then told I would receive a refund. I have now been waiting almost 3 months for this refund. Everytime I call they give me excuses about talking to an account or talking to someone else. or the person handling it is now out of the country. I don't understand why their customer service and lack of communication between each other and their customers is so poor. Very disappointed. Would not recommend them to anyone. read more

They do trucks and jeeps and some car stuff on the Crown Auto side, and Crown Speedlab they do a lot performance stuff. Check out their shop cars and the show room is really nice. The wheel wall and some of the products displayed everywhere. Adams Polishes, along with JDM Air Fresheners. read more

Came here from a recommendation from a friend who had gotten their car modified and decided to give them a go. Once stepping through the door I was immediately helped by Bryant and seated to talk about what I wanted to do with my 2014 Jeep Wrangler sport. After leaving my car with them to perform the lift and bigger tire setup I was extremely satisfied with the speed of the job and the professionalism with the employees. If anyone needs a questions about any aftermarket modifications I would suggest giving them a call or taking a trip down there. read more

This is not the typical New York automotive service experience. They're professional. They're efficient. Good value. Respectful. I purchased a bull bar for my 4Runner and had them apply a custom finish. I inquired about this at 11:00am on a Saturday. At 2:30pm I drove away with the bull bar; special ordered, delivered, painted, installed and with two LED lights installed and wired... ready to go! That's pretty impressive. Mark who runs the show at Crown is an exceptionally knowledgeable and cordial business owner. I will certainly return to Crown with any future upgrade ideas for my 4Runner. They're great! read more

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The arrogance of the 2 morons behind the counter is beyond belief. I walked in to this place and one guy was on the phone. He has 1 eye staring at his computer and 1 eye looking up at the ceiling. Without even acknowledging that I was a customer in need of service, he continues with his conversation. FOR 15 MORE MINUTES! . He finally gets off the phone and says "Whatta you need?"... At that point, I said to myself I NEED ANOTHER AUTO PLACE TO SHOP BECAUSE THIS GUY IS AN ASSHOLE. I walked out and drove to Northern blvd in Jackson Heights where there is an auto store on every block that will gladly welcome your business. BTW- there is never parking in front or around the Crown store area, so avoid the hassle of trying to find parking, just to be disappointed by this over priced and over rated place that has no knowledge of today's new advances in auto parts. read more

Don't GO THIS PLACE, IT VERY VERY SUCKS !!!VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!!! I installed the roof rack on my new car here. They made the hole on the roof ,but they never told me before . After installing, I can feel little noise on the roof of my car, I thought They left something in the roof after they made the hole.I went back for this problem, they told you : my boss is not here, come back next Monday. Then I went back on Monday, the repairman just had a look at my car, and then still told you their boss was not there again. and they told you come back on Wednesday. I don't have patient to come back again and again,I thought they just want to waste your time untill you don't come any more, they don't want to solve the problem. DON'T WASTER YOUR MONEY and YOUR TIME!!! THIS VERY BAD PLACE!!! read more

They asked me to come at 8am, and the technician came up at 9:15 am. they said that they couldn't do it talked to Sirius Radio and send me home and refused to give me back my free installation card. After I got the 2nd Radio I went back to day and enplane that I don't want to install it if It if all the costs are fully covered by Sirius Radio. The technician was very rude to me and started to install regardless, I asked to talked to the owner Mike and he didn't let me, When Mike finely came he was rude to me as well and just brushed me off and didn't want to give me my free installation card so I can go some place else. Went to Crown Auto Parts yesterday as they came highly recommended by the dealership we just bought our new car from and we will definitely be returning! I got tints and a remote start put onto my car and not only were they flexible with my hectic schedule, but the price was right and the work they did was great. Mark is so friendly and has been in business for many years - he knows his stuff! You can tell just by having conversation with him how passionate and knowledgable he is about what he does and it shows in his work. A lot of these reviews are old, unfair, and frankly pretty rude in my opinion. You should definitely come in and give them a try for yourself! Thanks Crown Auto and I'll definitely be back! read more

Just a quick note of thanks to Marc and his team at Crown Auto Center for their excellent work time and time again. We have been using these guys for years to outfit our fleet of vans with tv/dvd entertainment equipment as well as custom captains chairs that recline and swivel. Great crew of workers at Crown! A friend of mine recommended this place to me. I thought this place only did trucks but they were receptive with working on my Supra. We brought our 2016 Jeep Wrangler in to have a subwoofer installed. I was expecting a piece of equipment that would be visible, ugly, and somewhat intrusive. Mark hooked us up - he was able to install a factory subwoofer that looks like it was there the whole time, without compromising the trunk space. He made the whole process so quick and easy, and the sound is awesome. Totally recommend this spot. Very clean & professional. read more

Mark is a is a lying SOB!!! This guy charges ridiculous prices!!!! He's a thief!! He doesn't install name brand stuff!! I did a lot of work to my wrangler he fucked me over on everything modification I did to my jeep! For example I wanted JL speaker fog lights, he charged me $1550 AND didn't even put JL!!! He put some cheap Chinese garbage! realized a week later and when I went back to him he said that's what I asked for and when I said those don't cost more then $200 he said that the price went down right after I did all the modifications!!!! I've spent over $12,700 on my wrangler and he probably robbed me for $5,000 at the least!! read more

The person who answers the phone should really learn some phone manners instead of answering my first question with a one word answer and immediately hanging up. I was looking for a silver Bumperguard and the company website listed Crown Auto Parts as a vendor. Here is how the phone conversation went. Crown: Crown Inc. Me: Hello, do you have the bumperguard in silver? Crown: No *click I know its not a big deal but what kind of business treats potential customers like that and leave them feeling kind of bad like wtf?!?? Whatever, I'll just take my business elsewhere. read more

Wow, what can I say about this place. Best shop to take care of your cars, especially jeeps. The guys are highly knowledgeable, professional and respectful. After reading many good reviews, I decided to bring in my 2015 Jeep wrangler sport in for a lift kit installation and bigger tires. The quality of work was top notch and I had my car back within a few days in pristine condition. Extremely happy with everything done. 100% will be coming back here in the future!! read more

Mark is the nicest guy! We were recommended this place by the dealer to have our tints done. Though the guy doing the tints had some trouble and it took longer than promised (tints are not always easy so it's understandable), Mark was very apologetic and even offered to buy us dinner. He also walked us into the back to show us some custom leather seats they were putting into someones Camaro and it was absolutely beautiful. Exceptional customer service and great prices. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. read more

HID Headlight went out. Dealership estimate to replace was obscene. Figured I would pay a visit to Crown, where I visited many times in my youth. New location since but same excellent service. Spoke to Mark, who invited me to come over - Friendly as always. Gave an estimate and I was out within the hour with headlight replaced. Very Pleased with the results and now seriously considering upgrading a few things on my other car. Thanks, Mark, for taking care of me yet again! read more

Very poor electrical work. I had to go back 7 times for them to fix their own work, and it still wasn't fixed properly. Then they over charged me 10 times what it should have been to fix it. This place offers amazing customer service while delivering fantastic work! My husband and I frequent this business because they installed our accessible scooter ramp in the back of our Nissan Sentra and did a stellar job! We go there for adjustments due to the weight of my husband's accessible scooter. This time I went there because I was rear ended by a person who was speeding on the cross Island. Its warped the ramp and so it had to be adjusted. Crown Auto Parts did an amazing job adjusting our the ramp. They also were amazing with their customer service. We consider the them the best auto parts place in New York. read more

We drove all the way from CT to get some custom work done on our new Chevy van. We had some very specific ideas as to what we wanted and these guys took the concept and made it a reality. The custom cabinet work was awesome, the creativity and attention to detail superb and the result has made us extremely happy! It is an interesting collection of experts and can feel chaotic when you start to work with them but it really all comes together. Mark has been very easy to work with and the shop seems very customer-friendly, in contrast to some of the earlier reviews. We will certainly come back again for the quality work. read more
