Brought my car to get rear glass repaired. Guys scratched the paint in 4 spots where they put tape to secure the new glass. I wouldn't recommend this spot. Owner had an attitude when I asked him for my change back after I paid cash, said he wanted to "tip" his worker who had 30 years experience. Bad customer service and sloppy work. read more

Crooks!! Crap work. Been driving vans over 10yrs. 2020 this yr after brutal winter my windshield cracked, never happened before. I had an old 2014 for 10yrs no issues. I got it fixed this week. First he says $400, then $450 bec of sensors. Made me put $100 deposit. Week later price is $550 and I have no choice. Lose deposit. Already shady. You have my number, call me ask if $100 more is ok. This morning some asshat mofos broke my rear passenger window and robbed all my quarters. Took it to Bayside Auto Glass by 8:30AM, and he quoted me in 5 minutes and got my car back fixed in 3 hours. Quoted $150 less than safelite and here is the amazing part. They even vacuumed all the broken glass pieces in the back seat that was so thoughtful of them. Mike said I could bring it in that day to be replaced and that his son, Dean would help me out. I went and Dean was really quick, friendly and explained everything to me before he started and after when he was done. I called Mike for a quote and he was super reasonable and was able to see me within 24 hours. He explained the process to me and warned me about any complications that can come up with the window motor and how to avoid them before seeing him. He was super responsive and I had an overall great experience. Within 3 hours, my side window was replaced (most of the wait was waiting for delivery of the window) and everything is working perfectly (power window, power door lock, speaker). A tree branch fell on my cars sunroof and shattered the glass, I figured I give these guys a shot. I am glad I did. They were great, gave me a great price and were quick in replacing my sunroof glass. The reason for the 4 stars was cause they could of contacted me to let me know when the glass they ordered was ready for installation instead of me having to call them constantly to find out if they were ready or not.
