After reading all the glowing reviews, we went in with pretty high expectations -- and Kevin absolutely delivered. We tend to be really particular and did a lot of research before choosing where to go. Kevin stood out right away. He clearly takes pride in his work and pays attention to every detail. He's super knowledgeable, skilled, and patient -- took the time to walk us through the entire process and answered all our (many!) questions with ease. What we really appreciated was how relaxed and friendly the experience was. Kevin is easy to talk to, responsive, and just a genuinely kind person. We actually stuck around during both visits and ended up chatting about all sorts of things. Even though he runs everything solo, he manages it all gracefully without ever making us feel rushed. While we were there, we also saw him working on some high-end cars -- one of them was in for a second ceramic job, which speaks volumes about the level of trust his clients have in him. Bottom line: Kevin does outstanding work, and we're so glad we found him. We'll definitely be back with our next car!

DO NOT COME HERE!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. TRUST ME…read more Think twice before coming here. Read my full review and ignore their response below supposing that I never "I've never done business at their shop".... ( If this response is left below ask me how I know that when you walk into their shop and make a right you will see the office that Jose is in & right next to it is where they just waste time and not work on the vehicles etc. Therefore , I came in for services on my SUV ( Tints and other services ) and spoke to Jose. He told me pricing and we agreed on that price. ( P.S .... Don't leave without a receipt or something written saying the services you want done, pricing & timeframe they told you it will be done by. They will charge you MORE than the price you agreed on. To make things simple and easy for you... I'm going to list 10 things you will encounter if you leave your vehicle here for services. 1. Jose lying to you about when your vehicle will be ready. ( prepare for him telling you it will be ready and then turns out it's not ready at all ) 2. Jose lying to you about what you specifically asked for when first coming in. 3. Them posting on Instagram of BMW's and other cars getting finished while they haven't even started working on your vehicle yet. 4. Your vehicle will leave that shop with problems that it didn't have before. ( My vehicle now has engine problems all of a sudden ) 5. Scammers... you will comeback to this post after it has happened to you 6. They don't know what they are doing. Don't come here for mechanic work. At most, just a car wash. Even that will take hours 7. Incomplete work. If you don't believe me, you will see for yourself. 8. Jose ignoring text, calls, whatever it takes to stall & for him to come up with a story to why your vehicle isn't done. 9. If you don't have an exotic car your car won't be priority. 10. In conclusion, I regret bringing my SUV here and want to stop anyone who is currently thinking about being theirs here. I honestly do not know how they are still up and running with people in charge who scam their customers and lie ETC... ANYTHING THEY SAY UNDER THIS REVIEW WILL OPPOSE THE FACT THAT THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS HORRIBLY AND THEIR WORK IS HORRIBLE AS WELL.

I called Mercedes to see if they do body work and they recommended me to a collision place "they use". After reading their reviews, I knew I was NOT going there. I did a search and found a Touch of Class Collision. I called, and the staff was friendly attentive and caring. The young man who drove me to the rental place was so friendly and professional as well. Yesterday, 4 February, I finally picked up my car. It took a while but that was because the other insurance company took their time to get adjusters etc. When I got there, Gabe came out to greet me, they pulled my Alpine white, 300C up and I was floored. It looked like a brand new car, like it had come out of the showroom. Gabe explained the work they did and that the impact was much more that it showed superficially. The inside was spotless, the trunk, glove compartment everything was just spotless and so clean. This morning my dad went to charge the battery and he said even the engine is spotless and so clean. The body is shiny and brand new looking and they also left a tube of paint just in case:). I highly recommend A Touch of Class Collision. Gabe is super and the staff is amazing. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and my "girl" my car:). Juliana M

I will say one thing about "detailing" shops. Everyone who is even remotely into cars always seems…read moreto "have a guy" that does it. Whether it's the basics like a wash and wax, or a little trickier like window tinting, to the most complicated like wrapping and paint correction, everyone says they have the person to do it. I consider myself to be an extremely far crazy individual. I've participated in numerous concourse as well as car shows. If I have even the slightest chip or blemish in my paint, I literally lose sleep. And along those lines, I trust nobody with any of my cars.... Except the crew at Detailing Dynamics. From the moment you enter their facility, the white tiles and bright lighting give off an almost hospital-like appearance. And no matter what day of you stop in, the caliber of vehicles in their shop is second to none. But the beauty of this place is that they treat every single customer's car as if it were a multi-million dollar machine. They don't play favorites. If it's your ride, it's important to you. And they know it. And they treat it and you that way. I will say that for me, I hate leaving my cars anywhere. For any reason. But with Detailing Dynamics, I don't give it a second thought. It's one place where you can drop off your car for whatever you are getting done, and don't have to worry. Because you'll be getting your car back in better condition than when you dropped it off. The owners are beyond meticulous with their work and have trained their staff to be the same. So before you go to your neighborhood guy to have anything done to your car, do yourself a favor and stop by and ask for either Matt or Eddie. And tell them I sent you. You won't regret it.
