They quoted me a price that included windshield installation, recalibration, cleanup, labor and…read moretravel to my home (price was quoted BEFORE I told them I needed them come to me, so basically N/C for travel!), which was a fair price after seeing the other quotes, one of which was around the same price, but didn't include re-calibration. I've heard most times this recalibration is not needed, but if it turns out it IS needed, you'd have to take it somewhere else at a cost of $250-$700, or as much as $1,000 at a dealership! No thank you! Especially after the already expensive windshield! My tech was Kyle and, boy, was he sharp! When he arrived he told me it would take around an hour, I believe he finished the windshield installation, recalibration and cleanup in around 30 minutes - no small feat for my big Honda Odyssey on his own - and returned from the test drive in under 10 minutes. It was easy to pay with any type of credit card, even AmEx, and all told I think it was about 40 minutes. The owner, Steve, was a pleasure to talk to, as was Kyle, A couple of easygoing guys. I definitely made the right choice! And, if ever I have the need again, I will probably only be putting out a call for one quote ... from MasterTech.

The help I received at this facility was amazing. Jimmy helped me out tremendously and was so…read morecaring. At 12 am a deer ran out in front of my car and totally destroyed the front of my car. I spent hours trying to get ahold of anyone who would be willing to just look at my car and see if it was safe to drive home. Everyone else told me they had no time for anything of that sort. I was 3 hours away from home and I am a 20 year old college student who knows nothing about cars. I was just visiting friends in West Plains. Jimmy did all he could to try to make it safe to drive home but at the end of the day, there was nothing he could have done for the car. He said he wouldn't feel safe having his own daughter drive in the car so he wouldn't say it was safe for me to do either. Since there was nothing we could do Jimmy then did everything he could to make sure I at least got a safe ride home. He contacted a towing place for me that would take both me and my car back to St. Louis. I knew going into this that my car was not going to be able to be fixed for the long run, but I at least needed to get a way home and someone to let me know if it was safe to do so. Jimmy took it to the next level to help me through this very stressful situation. I think that just goes to show beyond their abilities to fix damages on cars but also just be good people.

This is our main vehicle and knew we needed it repaired as soon as possible. After calling Mr. Dent, they told us it would be March before they could get the parts. This wasn't on them but rather due to a manufacturing shortage. They were so great and kept us well informed. They did an amazing job. They made sure the vehicle was cleaned inside and out before we got it back. I hope desperately we don't have to use Mr Dent again but if we do they will definitely be the place we choose.
