He fixed and sealed the damage, and I was on my way. He didn't try to upsell me on new tires even though I told him I knew my tires were nearing the time for replacement. I was called shortly after to let me know I needed a brake fluid flush which I agreed. I didn't make any plans just so I wouldn't rush them as they were busy. When I picked my car up he let me know they were unable to do the brake fluid flush & that due to that he would apply a discount, they were short staffed & like I mentioned busy so I didn't make a big deal of it. They were attentive, friendly & professional & honest which I appreciated.. I will come here again as I own an Audi vehicle and you can't just trust anyone with this type of car.
