My wife had her car "serviced" as well, a 2002 subaru, they changed her alternator and catolittic converter. About a week later she had to take it to a electronic specialist, and now the exhaust is held up by some wire I tied it up with after the converter fell off and was dragging under it. I have called them, and left messages, with no response. So to sum it up, I definitely would not recommend them to anyone that I don't hate. If you want your vehicle fixed take it somewhere else, or just let the auto mechanics class at the school work on it, they couldn't do any worse than Childers Service Plus.

They first tried rolling it to start, and it worked at first but then quit. They looked at the battery and saw that the screws weren't the right size. They took the time to find the right size, and it started right up. Embarrassing but they were so nice about it. They were just as nice again when I brought my car later.
