Absolutely ridiculous. I came here for a full synthetic oil change that was already paid for, and…read morewas told I needed to pay an extra $5 in cash. I explained that I didn't have cash but could pay with my card, and instead of helping me, the employee told me he would not start my oil change. It makes no sense to refuse service over $5 when the customer is ready and willing to pay. If there are cash-only fees, that should be made clear before people come in and waste their time. The customer service was unprofessional, the attitude was rude, and the entire experience was frustrating. I came here expecting a simple oil change and ended up arguing over a payment method. I will never come here again and would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other businesses that actually value their customers.

Some of the packages are cheap but honestly, I could have washed my car myself. I asked the guy can he vacuum the inside (which was in the package I purchase) I had to vacuum right after he did it because it was skimpy as hell. My car isn't filthy but I at least want it to look like I paid to get it cleaned. Once I went through the cycle, I ended up cleaning my car again. There was lots of debris still on the outside. I will comeback if my car just needs a light shower, but not for deep cleaning.

There was a time that I went at night in which the man working that day refused to help me and even gave me attitude. I was furious and left with an empty tank. I gave him money for the air pump and he had one of his guys check the pressure for me. He explained that I had too much air in the tires and that may have been the problem all along but that if my sensors went off again I should bring it back. He was so helpful and saved me money, which he easily could have taken from me. Instead he was very honest and helpful so if I ever need to have my car serviced, I will definitely bring it there.

I came back a week later, and Pedro replaced my rotors and brake pads. He charged me an extremely fair price for doing this work. It was evident to me how great a mechanic Pedro is, when I arrived and found many cars ahead of me. I highly recommend this place as they are truly excellent.
