I swiped a credit card and was surprised when the brush started spraying hard. You can turn a knob for high pressure or low pressure water spray, with soap options. The wax option didn't seem to work. There's a separate vacuum area for extra. The instructions were non existent. I pushed the green button to stop at 6 minutes. I guess it's $6? Clear detailed instructions with what each part of the cleaning and drying does would have been great. I have a tiny sub compact and it took a while to clean. And I'm not thrilled with the end result tbh. My car doesn't look carwash clean. I'll stick to drivethrough carwashes next time. I'd give it two stars but bumped it to three due to possible user error.

The machines can also knock into cars unexpectedly and cause dings. Does it happen a lot? No. Can it happen? Yes. With a hand wash, the risk of damage is reduced and they will also reach areas that machines can't. The new owners are incredibly pleasant, attentive, and knowledgeable. You can tip on the credit card, too. These guys work hard and deserve their tips.

I explained that I didn't have cash but could pay with my card, and instead of helping me, the employee told me he would not start my oil change. It makes no sense to refuse service over $5 when the customer is ready and willing to pay. If there are cash-only fees, that should be made clear before people come in and waste their time. The customer service was unprofessional, the attitude was rude, and the entire experience was frustrating. I came here expecting a simple oil change and ended up arguing over a payment method. I will never come here again and would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other businesses that actually value their customers.

I will comeback if my car just needs a light shower, but not for deep cleaning.
