The day of my appointment i finally met the owner charlie and let me tell you this guy is genuine and amazing at what he does, i went there for a winter package which included the full car detail (interior,exterior) also undercarriage salt cleanse and 3 months ceramic coating. Charlie and his Wife took great care of my car and left me amazed with how great my car looked, honestly it looked like it just came off the dealerships floor. Will be a returning customer for sure!! Clear detailed instructions with what each part of the cleaning and drying does would have been great. I have a tiny sub compact and it took a while to clean. And I'm not thrilled with the end result tbh. My car doesn't look carwash clean. I'll stick to drivethrough carwashes next time. They obviously use cotton cloths to dry the car off as all the cotton had stuck to the car it's a black car so very noticeable. Underneath the mats wasn't vacuumed, There were also steaks all over here he windows and dashboard. I now have to bring the car to get cleaned elsewhere as it looks worse than before it was cleaned.
