This is for the ARROW XPRESS CAR WASH. Thank you for sending me a free car wash for my birthday. HOWEVER, the coupon clearly states that it's good until 7/9/2025, 11:59:59 pm. I got there at 9:15pm and it was closed up. Went in to talk to the 7-11 people, he told me it closed at 8:30. WHY is the coupon good till just before midnight, and WHY can't the employee offer me a courtesy extension, I can come back tomorrow!! No, instead he just tells me "you missed it!". Terrible customer service. If the owners are reading this, can you please change the wording/ hours on your free car wash texts? It's false advertisement and quite misleading. Right off the 57 freeway off ramp, this car wash is rather difficult to spot as it's part of the Mobile has station. This self-service, tunnel car wash is one of the best I experienced in the area. If you don't fancy your ca smelling like fresh rain or apple pie, this is a great option for an economical and quick wash. This car wash has an attendant who help you at the kiosk with payment and make sure that your car gets on the track properly. The tunnel wash system is fairly new and very clean. It bets waiting 30 minutes and paying $30 at a regular car wash! read more

This review is for the car wash. The vacuums work well but I will not be returning again. After going through the car wash and wiping down some water spots I noticed that the car wash broke my Honda Odyssey's rear windshield wiper. The attendant was able to retrieve the broken wiper from inside the car wash but now this wash will cost me more time and money replacing the wiper. read more

Its 640 pm. The line is long. Cars are filtering through at a steady pace at a minimum of $10 ever 5 mins. I pay $16 though for q better wash. My cars chip isnt all that great. Attendant guy walk over- all peturbed! Why? Bc were not used to running our own sale. Clearly, this guy got hung out to dry and is directing cars into the shoot...then being annoyed...with us customers bc he has to walk back over abd operate the machine. Sorry he is annoyed but please....please explain to him...cards are tempermental...they wear out and dont always work great, the display is one inch by two inches with tiny print, the son is going down but reflecting off my windshield and the display. And Please PLEASE remind him that anyone over 40 has a hard time seeing and those factors dont help. He will be there soon enough and he will "see" 8/ for himself what its like. But since pony tail boy is willing to take my $16 for a mechanical carwash the least he can do is spare me the sass. Its not my fault you all didnt staff right and the after work rush came through! This is a very convenient location being right off of the 57 freeway at arrow Highway. There are plenty of stores in the shopping mall right near it. It's usually not too crowded quick in quick out. They also have a 7-Eleven if you have a need for restroom, food or drinks. This location also has a Xpress car wash with vacuum cleaners. read more

The car wash is horrible. The water and soap doesn't wash any dirt off , against my better judgement I chose to buy a 16$ Wash at the pump to go along with my 60$ in gas. I've paid for the wash before 2 months ago and as soon as I exited the bay to dry, I clearly saw dirt and grime top to bottom of my vehicle , as if water didn't even almost touch it. I complained to the attendants, I was told by a guy with dreads, I could go back thru, another attendant with a man bum and bandanna told me I couldn't go back thru because that's called stealing. Fast forward to today 2/15/25 at 3:50pm I pull into the car wash pay , input my wash number off my receipt , I ask the attendant what can be done if the vehicle is visibly dirty after coming out, he says management told him to not allow any re entry's , I said ok, pulled in and asked him to spray my vehicle down with the hose first, I watched him, then my vehicle went thru the wash for the 16$ for package wash, as soon as I come out and park to dry, the vehicle looks as if water and soap didn't even touch it. This review is based off their drive through car wash. The gas station and car wash is so convenient it's right off the 57 freeway. I was in need of a car wash so I went. It was fast and did the job for how dirty my car was. When you pull in there is an employee there to help you. Once I entered the wash there is another employee there to direct you to make sure you get on the track. They use the hose to wet your car before entering. Once I entered I notice they didn't have those hard type spinners that clean your car. Those normally scratch your car up. These were soft looking. The wash was pretty quick and after you exit you get to vacuum your car for free. The vacuum were okay I had to go over areas a little more. Or it could have been because all of them were taken. Over all this place I would def come back to do it again. They have different car wash prices for different price ranges. So I thought that was nice. Are where the was is is clean and employee are there to help if need be. Overall experience was good. read more

No issues with the gas station. However, the drive-thru car wash isn't the best. It's still very wet when you exit car wash. I would suggest bringing towels to dry your car afterwards. I wouldn't recommend this car wash drive-thru if you are on the run and do not have time to dry it after (It will just end up very spotty after). They do offer discount on gas if you do purchase car wash. Has some pros and some cons. read more

Took my new car to get it washed there. We usually use this wash and haven't had a problem. Of course today was different. I pulled in the vacuuming spot to start drying and vacuuming. Once I got to my back window I noticed what I thought was some "glue" stuck to my window. Upon further inspection my window was shattered/ cracked. Not only was it damaged in the large area I first found but I also found 4 other cracks on the back window. I went in and told the "manager". He gave me his card and assured me how would check video footage and "take care of this for you". It has been almost a month and no one will call me back and when I go in the manager is always "off today". I used to love this wash until now. I do not recommend going here unless you want to take the chance of damage to your vehicle. read more

At 8:30pm my husband & I pulled next to area with 2 parked cars, he was waiting for me to run in to 7-11 to get something quick-and the CarWash Asst Manager (whose not working but hanging out with his buddies) starts screaming at the top of his lungs that where my husband was "was not a parking place"!! There was literally no one around and I told him my husband would move if he was blocking anyone. We were trying to be considerate by not taking space in front of a gas pump or the air pumps. Anyway then he tried the little man "I'm a big deal" and screamed some more. Long story short not using this gas station or car wash ever again. Evidently the ACTUAL Manager was off today. Somebody needs to help this guy learn how to interact w customers and to take his anger issues out at the gym or better yet- a Therapist. Idiot. read more

Our go-to drive thru car wash. A few of their vacuum hoses are broken every now and then but I have never been affected by it. Other customers tend to linger while cleaning their cars but overall this is a good spot. read more

After using the car wash with my Toyota Tundra truck the side stripping on the drivers side came right off and the antenna was ripped off.

I don't know what's worse, the terrible attitude of the person working there or the car wash itself. The car wash is so short. If you blink, you miss it. I thought they were watermarks. I tried wiping them but they were scratches. I went in to talk to Naveed. He claimed they are not consistent to his wipers. Great having a reliable gas station located as a convenience so close to the 57 freeway. It was super easy to get right back on. We were directed over to this gas station because if its close proximity to the Shell gas station with better gas prices which we originally patronized to fill up our gas tank after a fun evening of Contra Dancing at Citrus College. But no joy at the Shell station. Their pumps froze up. Windshield cleaning well filled and goid quality sweegie. This Mobil, everything functioned fine. Courteous attendant. Very bad experience with the male employee (tall big guy with grey hair in a ponytail and heavy accent) - terrible customer service. very rude and aggressive. My brother and I got a car wash for a 15-passenger can we were renting. Then pulled up to fill up gas. Before filling, saw "20 cent discount per gallon with car wash purchase." Decide to go in the store to ask an employee if hey could honor the discount and refund us the money. He gave us so much push back and laughed at ya for thinking we could do that. Apparently you have to buy gas and the car wash as a bundle and not separately. He said it was not doable. My brother decided to go back in after paying and filling gas to see if he could honor it. He ended up calling the owner and we got the discount. But in the future 1. It should be clear that car wash and gas purchase must occur at the same time. The sign did not say that. 2. The customer is always right so just don't argue back and forth 3. Be nice. His rude attitude aggravated us even more and caused us to want to insist. Will not be coming back. This is exactly what I was looking for. A quick, good drive-through car wash that gets your car clean and dries it off well and lets you get on your way. There was an attendant who took my money and pressed all the buttons so that I wouldn't even have to move. Awesome. So I know that Mobil Oil has a bad rep for being the most expensive gas, but I have a Mobil card. I have been a member since 1995... So there is one right by my house and whenever I go to Target, Pet Smart, or Trader Joes if I really need to get gas I just swing around and go to this location. The prices seem pretty common with all the other gas stations in the area. There is also a service station that you can get oil changes and basic car services done including a smog check. My vehicle hasn't been washed in over a month. The carwash did an excellent job and the price was reasonable too. Be weary of this car wash. My car was hit from behind right in the middle of the wash because employees sent a car in too closely to mine and encouraged the driver who hit me not to put on her breaks and ignore common sense though her car was clearly approaching mine. On exiting the car wash, employees took no ownership, there was no manager on site and the kids were just not planning to address the situation until I made it an issue by calling for a police report. The kids running the car wash said these accidents happen all the time, yet told the driver who hit me that it's "impossible" to hit the car in front of her as she could see she was too close to my car. On impact, the entire car wash shut down. If it was impossible, why did the entire thing stop? It's been frustrating dealing with them all week as claims have been filed. You're better off going through a wash without kids deciding when the next car can go through. Terrible experience. And now both drivers are dealing with filed claims. read more

I really love this place for two reasons: Convenience and how fast the pumps are! It is located right off the 57 freeway southbound off Arrow. However, it is currently under re-construction as they are building a 711 and a car wash. Getting to the cashier can be a pain, as the shop moved to a little portable classroom type unit, so it is very small and claustrophobic. That aside, if you are just here to pump gas with a card, this is a great place! Prices are cheap too! read more
