Hello I work walking distance from this store so I'm here often. I am removing two stars based on frequent interactions with the lady attendant that you have here. I am leaving three stars because everyone else is very nice. The lady is very talkative with all the men that go in there and is nice to them. I am a woman and I get different treatment. Today I walked in and there was no line in front of me and she had me waiting at the counter for a few minutes and said "I'll be right with you" but she continued to do her paper work. Shouldn't she put her paper work aside to assist the customer? Like I said I work nearby and need to get back to work but if this clerk attendant doesn't appreciate the business or doesn't care if I spend money there, okay. I won't go there as often. I have been going to this 7/11 for years. The woman working there is only nice when the manager is there. Today they were not. She was so busy talking to the man behind me when I was trying to put my phone number in for rewards. I couldn't get my number in because it kept sticking. She is still chatting with the man behind me. I told her I think there is donut or candy stuck on the screen. She said well other people got it to work. Ok then. So I put my card in and pay. I didn't realize I was done because I heard no thank you. She just stared at me so guess I'm done. Now I bought cans of soda so I ask if I can have a bag. She pulls out a bag and opens it up and then asks if I have ten cents. I just paid by card and didn't bring my purse. So she said they cost ten cents. They usually ask the customer at time of purchase if you want a bag. But she is too busy chatting and just plain rude. The staff is super friendly, it's clean, and they have a self serve hot dog and taquito thing going on. The staff, however, has been by far the friendliest that I've ever encountered at any 7-eleven. This location has been an indelible part of my childhood in the 80s until now. The staff are very friendly, and are always making courteous banter with the customers. That said, I do hope they can focus more energy on cleanliness. The soda fountain machine doesn't seem to be maintained regularly, and the occasionally the corners of the store have filth that should not be there. Other than that, I still admire this location ~ although the nostalgia factor is sweet, I'm loving he fact that there are some super friendly people behind that counter. read more

The nicest people ever! I come in often for a snack after or before work and I always get caught up with conversations! They spared me a couple cents one time when I was short and they never make me feel unwelcome. I love the staff and I love how fast I can be in and out. I came here when I lived in Glendora area and then I moved away. I recently moved back and they still have not changed! I love this 7/11 and the people there. Horrible customer service from Alpesh and Amit. I asked if there were slurpee cups, he looked right at me and didn't answer. I asked another time and still no response. I asked Amit for the 800 number for 7 - eleven complaint line, he responded as if he didn't understand the words coming out of my mouth. If you are going to work in a convenient store, you need to have a pleasant attitude at all times. If you want to go to 7 - eleven look for another location. I have tried there's pizzas once and they aren't bad. The exit situation can be a little weird since you have to you turn or drive down baseline. read more

Update : store isn't as nice as it used to be. I used to come in a lot for slurpees but have switched over to the local circle k. They've made some improvements but every time I've gone for a slurpee it seems like half the flavors are out and/or gunk is like all over the floor and on the cups. I am a resident of San Dimas and this location is not far from my home. The night cashier is extremely rude and very unprofessional. After asking him if they carry baby formula he became very agitated. On the occasions when I have returned to buy coffee etc he has been very hostile.
