First-time visitor to this store. Most 711s resemble each other, carry the same type of merchandise, and have the same store layouts, etc. What made this store different was the customer service provided by the lone female employee. I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. She was friendly, offered to assist me with a question about a specific item, and wished me a great day. Perhaps not a big deal to have this type of interaction with a store employee; however, to me, it's the small things that have the most significant impact. Terrible customer service! I don't like to leave bad reviews, but their customer service is god awful. Went in there just to grab an iced coffee and a treat with my friends, used the mobile checkout for the first time and paid for everything through the app. Whoever was running the cash register (some older Indian lady with missing front teeth who kept giving us nasty looks the entire time we were in there) gave me a really hard time about checking out. I kept showing her I paid for everything already, she continued to insist I pay again. My husband and friend eventually just said "no we paid already, that's on your system" and walked out, as I hate causing a scene and she clearly wasn't understanding. Worker here was extremely rude. Whoever was working the counter today (male) did not say a single word and then when I asked if that was it, he just stared at me, still not speaking to me, but continued a very VERY loud conversation with his mom & sister with a line of customers as mom & sister stayed seated. I just started working in the area but will 1000% avoid this 7/11 . You should too . Idc if it's just a 7/11 they should have more respect for people spending their money. read more

I live close to this 7-11 and I been here few times one time I bought some things and it was alot of money I assumed I picked up the wrong water priced 2 for $4 , no there tags are misleading they have the brand and they charge over what it displays and I assumed it was me over thinking and it's not I came in saw 2 for $4 for skyra water when it rang up he charged me higher that is including me putting my number for the rewards . I came here to fill up gas and get something to snack on on a long drive, when I noticed some of the donuts I was about to buy looked SUPER hard! The packaged stuff was expired by a few months ...how fantastic.. I go to this store all the time and love the person who works there, Rafael, with my whole heart. He always makes me feel better than when I left. I enjoy him so much, I make him Christmas cards and stuff. Seriously, all of the five stars are for Rafael. He is the best 7-Eleven worker in the entire universe, hands down. He makes everyone's day better because he truly cares about his work and the people who go there. He is an absolute living legend. Very Bad Service... Most of stuff is expired.. They don't respect tag prices and always over charge..

I came into 7/11 for some coffee. I did not want to spend an arm and a leg for coffee. I knew that I was going to get a reasonable priced beverage coming to 7/11. However, when I walked into this particular 7/11 the clerk did not even acknowledge my presence. I did not even get a friendly smile. My energy level was low this morning and just having someone say "Good Morning" or even a "Hello" would of perked me right up. I make my way over to the coffee area and I decided to try out cold brew coffee. For some reason, they only had one size available for cold coffee drinks. I did appreciate the fact that they did have a variety of coffee creamers. Also, for a limited time, cold brew coffee at any size is $0.99. It was nice to pay $1.00 for my beverage. Just beware that this particular 7/11 is lacking in good customer service. However, they do have some good points like cheap coffee. read more

I bought a lottery ticket went to this 7/11 to cash it (my husband) and Mark the cashier, told him it was a 10.00 winner. Comes home tells me, I go and see Mark because I checked it last night 50.00 winner, so Mark did pull out 2 tickets he put to the side, and gave me my money, we have been there customer since they opened, not anymore. What really is there to say about 7-Eleven? They really are very much the same. But despite being a "Convenience store," so many other locations bear many inconveniences. I'm here to dispel any misconceptions you may have about this particular location. 1. Parking. I come at peak shopping time...morning coffee hour. Parking is never that obnoxious situation where 2 cars try to back out simultaneously and thoroughly gridlocking the entire mini-lot. In fact, I find that there is often ample choices for parking. 2. Shopping center- This 7-Eleven happens to share a parking lot with a FANTASTIC donut shop. That alone should shape your decision to come here. 3. Cleanliness- I like that they keep everything real tidy here. No used creamer cups laying on the counter, no sticky muck under your shoe. 4. Customer service- Hey...service with a smile is a bonus at practically ANY convenience store. Finding it here consistently is essentially unheard of. Go here! read more

If I could give this 711 negative stars I would. Terrible customer service and complete cheats. Charged me double the price for my tea and when I brought it to his attention he was a complete jerk about it. I showed him the sign right in front of the teas and he denied the price. Even though it was in plain sight. I had already paid, but I definitely will never patronize this 7-11 ever again. The lady behind me was shocked that I was being treated this way, left her stuff on the counter, and said she will never be coming back here either. Such a terrible experience. Be careful, almost got overcharged on some chocolate covered almonds (6oz). Sign on shelf said $3.99, it came up as $5.99. When I questioned the price, the cashier told me it came up right. Walked him over to the shelf, the whole section had $3.99 as the highest price listed. Found the matching tag, he still wouldn't honor the price. Beware! read more
