The attendant, "Laura," decided the best customer service was to circle a microscopic number at the bottom of my receipt, mumble something, and then turn her back on me to stock shelves. No explanation, no follow-up, no effort. Just pure attitude. If being rude, dismissive, and acting like an angry troll is part of the job description, then Laura deserves employee of the month. Otherwise, management might want to step in. Sad to see 20 years of good experiences soured in a single visit.

But the regular job I had going this direction after 20 years was no longer. I had cash in hand today, which is usually not the case. I was able to pay $3.79 today 11/22/24 for regular 87 gas. This is the cheapest I find without using an app that I usually do elsewhere. The 89 gas was $3.89 (cash), which is still good for those that need. I went inside to pay and the lady was really nice. The only issue I had with here was not on the store, but another customer. I was there standing in front of the cashier waiting for her to come back in to take my prepayment and this dumb lady cut in front of me without asking me or even saying excuse me and started asking her questions. Just rude! The cashier lady could have told her to wait, but I would not hold the store accountable to a rude customer that puts the cashier in a rough spot. Other than that, this is a clean station. Quick in and out. I will be back when in the area.

I'm not a penny pincher... a few cents more isn't going to break bank, but then again, those pennies do add up over time... it's still all good though LOL. I saw Chevron on my right side. Drove right into the gas station. Picked pump #6. Got out of my car, chose payment type, and started pumping. Didn't go inside the Extra Mile Mart since I paid at the pump (my preferred choice). Afterwards, I was on my way out to head home. A very quick visit! Gas station was clean and bright. Pumps were well maintained. Prices are usually a bit higher than Costco or Sam's Club gas. Funny, both Costco and Sam's Club are nearby this Chevron. I thought they were closed so I came here instead. Best to check their hours first to save a few LOL. Anyway, no big deal. People count on gas stations for three things: gas, road snacks and drinks, and a working toilet. Chevron on Gladstone in Glendora is fantastic. Low gas prices. Big shop with good variety of snack foods and drinks, and a fantastically clean restroom with hot water to wash your hands. Plenty of soap, too. Not a speck of anything on the floors.
