The manager at this Arby location flatly refused to honor the national policy and so did the Arby's restaurant in Grandville, MI. I don't know what franchise agreement they have with Arby's but apparently it allows them to use the Arby name while not honoring their advertised specials. I wasted my time and gas driving there for nothing. It won't happen again.

So long story short it cost me 50 minutes and no pay no gas reimbursement . As it is delivery drivers only make. $1.00 dollar to $2.50 per drive. This was an order I would've made $18 on with tip. Trying to dispute it with the delivery company I need the information from Subway, but I cannot get a hold of anybody at this Subway due to the number being constantly busy. It is so infuriating. I need to get the order number from them from the order that was placed by the customer who never responded back to my text or phone calls so I could see if she would like another type of sandwich bread.
