I've been coming here for over a decade and have always looked forward to the professional service and experienced advice. The new crew does not exude any quality of professionalism, and I felt like I couldn't fully trust that the recommendations weren't just an attempt to get some more money. The old crew would walk through any issues and suggest clear solutions without pressuring a purchase. Really disappointed in the drop in quality, thank you Tom and the old crew for the years of service! I will be looking for a new shop :/

Thanks to Tucson's pothole riddled roads, I was in need of a wheel balance and alignment. I have…read morenever been to any of the Jack Furrier stores but chose the Valencia shop due to its proximity to my work. I stopped in to have the wheel balanced. John, the manager, called me out to the shop to show me that my wheel was bent. He said there was no point in an alignment check until the wheel was replaced. Unfortunately, it was a factory wheel so I was going to get gouged from the dealer. John refused to accept payment for the balance because the problem wasn't fixed. A couple days later I stopped back in with a new wheel in the box. John had his guy's mount my old tire on the new wheel, balance it, and then do an alignment on it. (I won't tell you the price I paid because I don't want to establish a precedent, but I can say I've spent more on dinner for my family). I tried coaxing John into charging me more but he responded only by saying, "Just buy your tires from us." Well, that's an easy one for me when that time comes! Great people, great service, great deal!

After having a really good oil change here and enjoying my experience, I went back to them when I…read morehad AC problems and paid three grand to have it fixed and was assured that everything would be fine and two months in it is broken again and they told me it would be $450 for one hose that wasn't part of the AC kit. If you're going to assure someone that their car will be fixed, you should replace all of the hoses in correlation with that. I most likely will not be back to this location specifically.

This was the second place I called because the other place, as other shops, were too busy to take us in, as it was with this shop. I explained our situation to the receptionist and she said to hold on while she spoke with the mechanic (Andy). He said he would take us in! And they did, as soon as we arrived! He was thorough in his diagnostic and explained everything to me. Basically could not find the problem (he's not the only mechanic to do so, it's been an ongoing problem). He found a small leak coming from the radiator cap and said that might be the problem. So he ordered one and got it on. They charged me only for the radiator cap! What? After all the diagnostic work he did on it? I even asked, "Are you sure? After all the work he did?" And the receptionist asked him and he said he was sure. Wow, talk about service! Highly, highly recommend. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!
